Dr. Dalton David Heath II, MD

Bad knees -lots of pain - prompted me to go to see Dr. Heath. He is very caring and took time to explain all of my options. I decided to think about it - Synvisc injection or knee replacement. He recommended a return visit in two weeks which was today. I was scared sh*tles about the injection - I'm a total sissy about pain. He numbed my skin then injected some Lidacaine and proceeded with injecting the gel. Honestly, I had to ask if he had finished. Other than a manageable sting with the Lidacaine going in I didn't feel a thing. I would recommend him to anyone!

Dr Heath is a great surgeon. But his billing process sucks. I overpaid a prepay by $72, an estimate, but when all was said and done, here it is 8 months and 6 phone calls later where they agreed they owed me $72, and I still don't have my money. I can tell you that if I owed them $72, they would have reported me to a collection agency!

Dr. Heath is a very caring doctor who has helped me greatly with my osteoarthritis.However, his billing department that is out-of-state, does not call you back timely and makes excuses why your claim hasn't been paid. He needs to get a new claim billing service

Dr. Heath is a genuinely superb person and physician.

Dr. Heath is unequivocally the most caring surgeon I have ever seen. He takes time to get to know you and is very thorough with his evaluation and explanations. His office staff are extremely friendly and helpful. He is sort of a throwback to the old-style physicians I remember from my youth.
