The doctor had reviewed all the previous notes from prior doctor and knew what was happening to me

September 22 Sunday I was beat very badly and had a nose fracture from the beat up now that i came to Dr Mcdonald he help me fix my nose the surgery went well and everybody That was in there and when i got there where all welcoming helpful with & all the respect anybody would want i was nervous as first, but once with I met the nurses and surgeons my mind was at ease i thank you guys there wont be a day i forget how helpful yall was too me everyday may god bless you everyday ameen Ps Ayan

My wife Toni ans I visited De Mcdonald for our annual check ups We are very pleased with his demeaner and care

I went in to check out extended ear pain from an ear infection 2 months prior. First he was almost an hour late. When he came in did not apologize then did not let me explain what was going on. Basically told me I should be at a different dr not here but didn't tell me any more than that. I asked about getting the tube I currently had removed and he would not explain the procedure, timeliness for healing or anything. Said to look it up. I also expressed I was having hearing loss in the problem ear. Had me do a hearing test, then came back and said yup looks like you have some hearing loss.no really? I just said that. and no more, I was then charged 100 dollars for him to repeat what I just told him! He stood by the door the whole time and cut me off multiple times. He was very rude, did not answer any questions and kept saying I should go to my other dr (who I have not been to in 3 years). Terrible, unprofessional and rude. Would NEVER recommend this dr office or doctor to anyone.

Dr. McDonald was great! So helpful and informative. He gave me good information and good avenues to try to solve my problems. Very friendly. A million times better than the last ENT I saw at a different clinic.

Terrible, not caring at all. In and out in a couple minutes. Didn’t care to look into my issue. Would never go back or recommend him to anyone.

He operated on my dad recently, removing a large, disfiguring parotid gland tumor. Saved his life and my dad’s smile is perfect! Dr. McDonald is such a caring and compassionate man!

We took our 15 year old daughter in with concerns about her having a deviated septum. This doctor spent about 7 minutes in the room and did not talk to our daughter at all which made her feel very unimportant. The doctor took a quick look and said she is to young. the cost of this visit with our insurance was 700.00. Thankfully we sought out a different doctor and She spent time talking with our daughter did a CT scan right away and one could clearly see the blockage. happy to say we went with this doctor and the surgery was less then the visit with Dr. Mcdonald. over all not caring and unprofessional.
