Dr. David James Francis, MD

Dr. Francis is genuine, kind and extremely caring. He takes time to listen to my concerns. He is thorough and asks follow up questions to clarify. He answers my questions and allows me time to jot notes. He exhibits excellent health himself, so is a wonderful role model!

My husband & I have gone to him for many years, through several office moves. Dr. Francis has always been kind, honest & a very good listener even in complicated cases. You can see how much he cares. We are so grateful to have found him!

I found Dr. Francis online and read the great reviews! I was new to the area and needed to find a new PCP. I am also a RN so I look at a lot of different qualities in a PCP. He is wonderful! He listens to you and explains things so that you know why he is making the choices he makes. So far he is great! Very nice, personable and caring.

In this day and age, patients tend to feel like they are merely a number. This is not the case when it comes to Dr. David Francis and the employees within his office. He is a phenomenal physician. He is genuinely concerned for his patients health and wellbeing and gives you his undivided attention when meeting with him. He also goes out of his way to ensure that all your questions are answered. When my husband and I met with him for the first time, he spent at least an hour getting to know us by telling us about his background and even about his family. No other doctor has ever done this for us. Dr. Francis was so down to earth and friendly. His bedside manner is the absolute best and I always feel comfortable talking to him. Additionally, everyone that works within his office is fantastic from the receptionist who is always smiling when you walk in the door to the physicians assistant. Every time Ive called the office, whether it was to make an appointment or request a prescription,… Ive always been greeted with a warm and friendly voice tone. Ive never had to wait too long before my appointment. Even when Ive had to make an emergency appointment recently, they were able to accommodate my request with ease. A pet peeve of mine is being told Ill receive a follow up call yet never actually receiving one. This has never been the case with Dr. Francis office. Overall the office as a whole provides excellent customer service and care. I highly recommend him!

Highly recommend, he is my primary care Dr and was recommended by a co-worker. He is the best at listening to your symptoms, you never feel rushed.
