Dr. David Lent, MD

Wolf in sheep clothing. I had a MRi showing a Acl tear in my right knee. Dr. Lent recommend I have surgery. I chose physical therapy. Dr. Lent was adamant about me having surgery but after careful consideration I chose physical therapy. Once I returned to his office he reported on my mmi there was nothing wrong with me. What boggles my mind is how does a MRi show a Acl tear and Dr Lent recommend surgery. Then after 4 weeks of physical therapy he reports there nothing wrong with me on my MMI. After servals attempt to contact him about this horrible unprofessional mistake I never got a professional explanation. People beware Wolf in sheep clothing this Dr. Lent guy.

Had surgery with Dr Lent in 2012 and my knee has not been right. Its still swollen. Had therapy and it did not work either. If tells you to get surgery get a second oppinion.

My 16 year-old daughter saw Dr Lent for her ACL replacement and meniscus repair after a fall. She is a competitive soccer player and it was important to her that she be able to continue to play at a high level after recovery. He thoroughly gave all the details of the type of surgery she would be best for her and also for the position she plays. He was upbeat, reassuring and always positive. She trusted him and my husband and I did. The surgery went smoothly and with PT she recovered quickly and thoroughly. I can confidently recommend him to anyone needing this surgery. I trusted him with our daughter fully.

His staff is very unprofessional, they are rude to the patient and cannot be trusted. They will talk about you and your diagnosis with anyone and anywhere.

Dr. David Lent is an excellent orthopedic surgeon, a blessing for someone like me. I would not go to anybody else for Makoplasty on my knee. His presence and the outcome of the surgery speak a volume for his mastery, and healing hands. I am forever indebted to him for healing me.

He is a jerk both professionally and clinically. Stay away.

I had surgery two month ago and I'm pain free and back to full recovery.

Dr. Lent probably is a decent doctor, but you'll never know it because his staff is completely incompetent.

I would definitely recommend Dr. Lent. He is an excellent physician with a wonderful bedside manner. My only issue is with the office staff in the Southern Westchester office. They are polite, but because my paperwork was done incorrectly and submitted that way, I was not paid for two periods. I am still trying to get this issue resolved.

I had knee surgery done by Dr. Lent and am ever so grateful for his impressive skill and for the care he extended to me. Thank you, Dr. Lent for being a great doctor and surgeon!!!!!
