The staff seemed nice enough when they took our $60 each to reserve a consultation spot - me with Dr. David Donahue and Mr David Fawks for my husband and sent a pack of paperwork we filled out even though it gave us both stress and headaches and I priority mailed it. I stated several times that my previous doctor needed to speak with the new doctor. We showed up to the office 10 minutes late as it was 45 minutes away and we’re still not familiar with the area. The receptionist and then Dr Donahue came out and THEY BOTH WERE SO RUDE AND INCONSIDERATE TO OUR NEEDS THAT I CRIED AS SOON AS I LEFT. THERE WASN’T ANY, ANY COMPASSION OR HELP AT ALL ! DR DONAHUE ONLY WANTED BOTTLES OF ALL OUR MEDICINE (which I provided a printed prescription list for 2018-2019. He said he wouldn’t give us the medicine that helps my husband and I with severe panic attacks, severe anxiety PTSD and he’d know that had he taken the care and time to speak with our previous doctor!!!! DR. DONAHUE WAS THE NASTIEST,… RUDEST, UNCARING PERSON I’VE EVER EVER DEALT WITH AND he lied about the time we arrived and isn’t at all concerned with people who need help such as my husband and I !!!!!! DR DONAHUE KNOWING NOTHING US TURNED US AWAY- no consultation or conversation about our problems!!!! I recommend that NOONE EVER SEE CORNERSTONE PSYCHIATRIC ESPECIALLY DR. DONAHUE AND HIS STAFF. FIND SOMEONE WHO ACTUALLY WANTS TO HELP YOU AND LISTEN TO YOUR CONCERNS AND CHALLENGES- this doctor and staff but Dr David Donahue shouldn’t practice at all and deserves a -0 rating. We weren’t rude and didn’t deserve such behavior especially from a mental health care doctor!!!!!

Very seldom see Dr. Donahue, you see an associate , not a psychiatrist. Changed my medication and ended up in the psychiatric hospital for 3 days. Then made no attempt to help. Had to change to another doctor.

I've been seeing Nina for almost two years now. Every time I saw her, it was never a good experience. I mentioned to her that I wanted to get off the medications because I wanted to have a baby with my husband. I dont feel like she respected my wishes instead she weaned me off my antidepressant remeron 45mgs lowering my dose in 7 days. I was so sick I couldn't stop vomiting and I ended up in the ER with a $4,000 bill I had to pay. She clearly doesn't know how to wean her patients off the proper way! Then anytime I had an issue whether it was anxiety or depression her "solution" to the issue was to up my dose on the Gabapentin she had me on! Yeah that's really smart just keep upping the dose so I become more addicted to it. Then she wanted to do a DNA test because she wasn't sure what to prescribe me after I kept getting sick which she never told me that I would be billed an extra $300! THIS DR IS NOTHING BUT MONEY HUNGRY WHO DOESN'T CARE ABOUT YOU STAY FAR AWAY!

I have not had to be hospitalized in 10 years,kudos to Dr.Donahue for caring enough to actually help me.M.L

The doctor assigned a nurse practioner to treat my child with bipolar. Never saw the actual doctor.

This egotistical narcissistic weasel is actually supposed to be helping people...that is a frightening thought. The only things he cares about is himself and the money he makes pretending to be a practitioner...

When I used to live in Florida I went to Dr Donahue since 1992 to 2007. He never once did any of the bad things that person is accusing him of. He always took his time with me, talked for awhile with me, never pushed me out of his office, and he never looked sleepy while during our sessions. He knew me like a opened book. Where I live right now all the psychartists here stink and I cant find one good to help me with my condition. Dr Donahue was the best doctor I ever had and if I ever move back to Florida I will go back to him, and I recomend him to all my Florida friends.

When I was truly in need of this type of medical a few years ago, I was referred to this guy, nit really knowing what I should be looking for having never sought a mental health practitioner. I later saw a different Doctor, got the help I need and realized how truly bad this man is at his job. He is simply in this profession for the money, as he simply does not pay attention, listen or give feedback, and seems preoccupied with who knows what. Its just a job to him. In every profession there are really good and really bad people...and this guy is the worst of the worst. You would do better talking to a stranger in the street than you would seeing this sorry excuse for a mental health professional...in fact, I truly believe that he needs to seek help to deal with his own problems. Do yourself a favor and pass on this guy...he has zero awareness and compassion.
