Dr. David James Packey, MD

Dr.Packey has helped me greatly with my migraine headaches. He listens patiently, has great concern for how you are progressing, you never feel rushed at all. I have felt very comfortable recommending him to others for their medical care. He’s the best!

Doctor Packey will spend at least 15 minutes with me and actually listens to me. He is very considerate as well as extremely knowledgeable and helpful. He deserves the high rating that he has.

I had an appointment and called to let the office know that I'd be a bit late due to the severe weather. I had received a weather alert on my phone that there was a tornado watch in effect. The office simply told me that if I was 10 minutes late they would automatically reschedule me. I was ONE minute and past the time and they were going to do just that! I mentioned again that it was horrendous out, pouring rain, etc and they simply said that is Dr. Packey's policy. I then asked for my records and they said sure. It seemed they weren't surprised that I'd asked for them. Dr. Packey was taking over for my original neurologist who had to go on leave. He probably didn't want more patients.

Would not recommend this doctor at all. Not only did he not examine me on a new patient exam which being to multiple neuros over my lifespan so that is par for the course he barely asked any questions. I was also amazed he was not up to date on doing nerve block injections for migraine sufferers. And his staff is appalling in regards to being caring and empathetic. Phone skills are horrendous and no one seems to care that they are in customer service.

Dr. Packet has been my Dr. for years and he is the best. He is also my husband's. We both think the world of him and would highly recommend him to anyone. He is caring and understanding. Thank you Dr. Packey.

This doctor is untrustworthy. This doctor went behind my back and notified my pcp of false information. I was under Dr Packey's care for several years on and off trying to get to the root of numerous issues. All he did was make a very false judgment off of very basic tests. In the last few years since I've left Dr Packey's care, I've found more information on some conditions I have, such as a moderate TBI and much more then I would have ever even thought to even ask. I would never recommend this doctor for any reason!
