I have been a patient of Dr. Rand for many years and I am lucky to have him. He is the BEST of the different MD's I see in the Torrance area. I know his practice is closed ; I really hesitate moving to another part of CA because of his excellent care.

I have been seeing Dr. Rand since 2000 and he is, by far, the best. I hear his practice is closed and I am not surprised. I feel really fortunate to have him. Even my husband who doesn't like going to doctors likes Dr. Rand.

Easily the best Doc ever. I had a very difficult infectious diagnosis and he nailed it. I am now cured! I would recommend him to anyone.

Dr Rand is the best MD I have used in over 50 yrs of seeing various doctors. I have been lucky to have been with him since 2002.

I am so pleased with Dr. Rand's care that I would rather to take a 2 hour bus ride to get to his office than look for another physician in my new neighborhood.He really is topnotch.
