Great review of my shoulder and my knee issues. Very thorough and articulate. Clear, logical, understandable analysis and presentation. Did not rush, snd took time to answer my questions and discuss options. Sees enough volume of cases to qualify as expert. Office team, assistant and X-ray techs all very patient and thorough. Couldn’t ask for more.

Dr. Ritzow is the best! He takes his time, answers all my questions, has a very calm demeanor and shows that he truly cares. I have had a hip replacement, several injections and will have a knee replacement this summer. Surgery is always his last option. He never pushes it on you. He tries other avenues first. He waits for you to say that you are ready. I highly recommend him for any of your orthopedic needs!

DR Ritzow is a skilled surgeon I truly appreciated his extremely focused attention to the procedure performed on me. He has my extreme respect trust and positive recommendation to anyone considering surgery with him. His APNP Kim Willison is a kind caring person that goes above and beyond even reaching out after office hours really appreciated! My surgery was a left hip replacement. This was a long process, because I had an afib problem that had to be tended to first. The day of surgery was getting up early and a long drive. But I was prepared the health care group at OSI discussed everything that the surgery would entail. Even calling me back when I had a question making sure that I understood. The day of surgery of course is apprehensive but from the receptionist my prep nurse, the anesthesiologist the doctor everyone was professional and reassuring that helped relieve a possible stressful situation ahead. The recovery room was great everyone was very attentive to any need or… question that I had. My only concern is I would have liked to have stayed overnight at the recovery inn. It was stressful for my caregiver getting me to our prearranged destination so late in the day. I appreciated the follow up phone calls , the text messages, the guidance by the doctor and his staff, it all helped me to stay the course with a positive attitude. Therapy diligence follow up and a good attitude will help me achieve my pre surgical goals! Thank you Doctor Ritzow, Thank you team OSI your professionalism exceeded all of my expectations!

Dr. Ritzow is a patient, friendly, conscientious doctor, who answered my questions and concerns thoroughly so I understood it all. He complimented me on the condition of my 76 year old hips (no surgery needed, whew!) but acknowledged that further investigation would be needed to get to the root of my pain, saying he'd make a referral for a neurologist as SOMEthing wasn't right in an area out of his field of expertise. He is an absolutely wonderful surgeon, too, as he'd operated on my hubby twice in the past (hip and knee replacements).
