Dr. Deborah Olin Heros, MD

Dr. Deb Heros is one of the best humans I have ever known. While my husband was being treated for brain cancer by Dr. Heros and many other physicians, Dr. Heros was the best. She was always empathetic, kind, thoughtful, and thorough. Though we knew Dr. Heros was busy, it seemed my husband was her only patient. She would take as much time as we needed to explain things to us. She returned calls timely. Our toddler would come to all appointments and while she annoyed some physicians, Dr. Heros would always bring something special for her. Dr. Heros has continued to check in us as years have passed. I have so much respect, admiration, and love for Dr. Heros.

Horrible and freighting experience. If she feels the patient should not have a chance to fight the disease or to at least try to live with the disease, she decides to keep asking if i want to abandon the treatment for the patient. That's called a God complex. The ironic part is the patient is happy as is with the family and the treatment is keeping the patient alive. She and her secretary have a rotten attitude. As i said, she should retire; I'm sure many in her staff would agree.

I had the worst experience with this DR. she is always running late and seems to have a bad attitude the times i have seen her. Her staff is very friendly and always helpful with my appts and MRI's, with the exclusion of her Nurse who also seems to have a very bad attitude and very dismissive. I will not return to this provider and will find my care with a local neurologist who cares
