Dr. Delores Macksoud, MD

My sister has been a patient of Dr. Macksoud for several years now. She is an amazing doctor, extremely caring and knowledgeable. Her office staff Elda, Delores, Susie and Rose are to be commended for their efficiency and professionalism.

Dr. Macksoud and her staff are the best. They remember you by name, they know who you are, as well as excellent professional medical care.

My and my wife’s experience with Dr. Delores Macksoud was beyond our expectations. We were very pleased at each and every one of them was courteous, professional, and made our visit as comfortable as they possibly could. We were truly impressed with the nice facility and the caring staff and friendly can do attitude and smiles. I highly recommend a visit to this provider.

I've been going to Dr. Macksoud for many, many years to treat migranes and she is wonderful. She listens and takes her time with you. She knows who you are and remembers you, unlike many doctors nowadays. Her staff is very friendly and welcoming and solves all my problems. My daughters are also her patients. I highly recommend her without hesitation. thank you Dr. Macksoud and staff!

It is very hard in these run, gotta go, get out of my way day, to day experience, to find a Doctor that really cares for their patients . Doctor Macsoud takes extra care while your in the office . She talks about the last visit along with the one you are at now. Wonderful bed side manner, she patiently listens to you and then she includes you in the conversation. She looks into your eyes. Doctors don't do that any more. I would recommend her to family or friends who may need her services.

Nice pleasing staff and even nicer Doctor spending time with me. I give 4 stars since the waiting I have gone is over an Hour.

I was reading the other ratings on here and was surprised.Dr. Macsoud is patient, lets you ask questions, and is always trying to find the best for you.I found it lake a breath of fresh air after a horrible office visit at University of Miami, where the National Parkinson's Foundation is located Her staff is very loving and caring and will go out of their way to solve an insurance problem, or if you are in need of medical equipment they will help you out. I'm glad I found this DR. she respects her patients unlike another experience else where.

I was very disappointed on her level of knowledge regarding my mother's condition. She clearly doesn't know when to admit when she has reached her knowledge threshold and refer out. I agree with previous comments that she seems money hungry. Her staff also lacks personal skills. I would honestly look into another MD (we did).
