I felt an immediate rapport with Dr. Widener as soon as I met him. He was professional, but very personable. He gave me advise but made me make my own decision about treatment. I opted for a knee replacement and it was one of the best decisions of my life. He scheduled my surgery as soon as possible. He explained everything in very understandable terms through the entire procedure. I had very little if any pain, mostly just discomfort. Great doctor and wonderful staff

This 3 minute appointment that cost $180 after insurance gave me NO relief and very little information. Dr. Widener's poor bedside manner and quick dismissal left me feeling as if I had wasted my time and money. I will be searching for a more thorough Orthopedic. I was told my issue is with my IT bands, that I needed to make a PT appt when I left and he would call in a steroid. Two days after my appt I had to call them because they hadn't even called in my prescription. In all I spent $180 and 1.5 hours of my time to still be in pain and looking for another orthopedic. Don't waste your time here.

I had a horrible rotator cuff tear, and dr Widener took the time to diagnose my problem, and explained the surgery with pictures and on a level that I understood. I had surgery 3 months ago and am on my way to a full recovery! Recommend to all my friends and family. He’s the best of the best.

Dr. Widener exceeded my expectations. He has a fantastic bedside manor and is very caring. He took plenty of time to listen and diagnose my issue. He explained everything so I came from my appointment feeling confident I was in good hands and understood my issue. I have a phobia of needles but he relaxed me and was so caring it was really not that bad! I am very great full to find an excellent physician I will use for all my family! I would not hesitate to recommend him to anyone.

I had my total knee replaced 3 months ago by Dr Widener and I couldn’t be happier. He spent time explaining the risk and potential complications with having surgery, answered all my questions and genuinely seemed to care. So far, I am pain free and loving life!

I had a problem with my HCP identifying me as a member based on the birth date provided by Medicare. Regardless, Dr. Widener saw me without charge, fully explained my hip replacement surgery, and had my stitches removed by his assistant. I would recommend Dr. Widener to anyone seeking medical help.
