Dr. Evan Howard Garner, MD

Dr Garner is very unprofessional. He was 15 minutes late for the appointment, did not apologize, was not compassionate to our situation, and was on his phone while we were still in the middle of the appointment. How rude.

This supposed expert gave a grossly incorrect diagnosis because of laziness, bias and incompetence. He refused to corroborate my well-established medical diagnosis of physiologic illness and instead applied erroneous psych diagnoses. He coerced me into accepting a psychotropic medication I did not need for mental illness I did not have, to which I had a serious adverse drug reaction.

Dr. Garner is a very knowledgeable doctor with many years of experience under his wing. Saw him twice at El Camino Hospital, right diagnosis, does not overmedicate unlike another doctor there. Listens to your concerns, and works with you on your recovery. I will try to keep him for my personal psychiatrist if he has openings cause I really like his professionalism and knowledge. I got a good feeling right when I met him. Go to him, he’s awesome and trustworthy. Lina Aguilar
