She is very thorough but her bedside manner is terrible! Very impersonal. You can’t ask too many questions and she will get very snippy with you. I was putting up with this for about four years. The girl that draws blood is very unfriendly! I changed doctors and found a great one!

The dr is very thorough but, a terrible bedside manner. Doesn’t address questions very well and snippy.

Doctor DeOliveria always responds to my needs. However, I agree with the others comments that the phones could be better controlled and monitored. I leave messages but I am never certain that someone will address my questions and needs.

If you are actually sick you have to wait a week before she has availability to see you.

It is very difficult to communicate with this office. The phone system directs you to select 1, 2, or 3, etc, but when connected to that number you always get a recording. No one returns the calls. Repeated attempts are futile. The doctor is caring and competent, but her examining rooms are decorated like a kindergarten, which is unprofessional, the front desk person is borderline rude, and the inability to be able to get through by phone is maddening. The one bright light there is Tonya, the phlebotomist.

Not a doctor Fernanda debOliveira posses every negative trait not bo be called a Medical Doctor. Or she never memorized Hippocrates oath! She is dry, impersonal and don’t even make an eye contact . She doesn’t forwarding in timely manner documents to specialists. She canceled my appointment 4 times in 3 month . Staff is rude and short.

Terrible Dr. Excessive test-sometime in office for a fee. Terrible personal interaction. Many people go to her for insurance reasons (like me). Many leave (like me) for poor care. There are too many good Drs. out there.

Looked to computer more that me. Had to ask her to look at me while I explained I am more than test results on computer. Little empathy. Office staff can be rude and have an attitude. Had to call a number of times to get prescription renewed. Charges $25 fee to have blood drawn in office. Can go to lab and have insurance pay for it. Recommended a very expensive test I really didn't need. Had to contact my insurance company who thankfully paid for it. Someone I know had the same experience as far as recommending unneeded and expensive tests. He is looking for another doctor as I am.

Wife and I have been with Dr De. for many years. She is wonderful.

I have been with Dr. de Oliveira since she was at Glades Medical. Although I didn't have any major complaints about Glades Medical, I do find her new arrangement at Boca Care to be less pressured. The staff are all very polite and professional.Dr de Oliveira takes the time to explain all her concerns about my health, and is very thorough. She is easy to talk to and I never feel as if I am being rushed, as can happen in some offices.I have recommended her to friends who are also very pleased with her office.Highly recommended!
