I knew he had a great reputation when my gyn oncologist suggested that I work with him because he was local to me. He is a dignified man and very nice as well. My type of cancer is so rare that it is doubtful he had much experience with it, but he made it his mission to learn. When everyone else gave up on me, he didn't. That made such a difference to me. I'm still fighting and he is still fighting for me. I couldn't ask for a better doctor.

I couldn't have had a better oncologist! I was diagnosed with breast cancer in 2001. I still see Dr Weeks yearly. He has told me I don't really need to see him any more but that he would be happy to do so if it gave me peace of mind. It does. My friend had melanoma that had spread to her brain. She was give a few months to live. Dr Weeks got her into a clinical trial at NIH. She is alive and healthy more than 10 years later.

Dr. Weeks is very up to date on new treatments and very caring. He is spot on with his diagnosis and very willing to work patients in his busy day, if needed.

Dr. Weeks was very informed of new testing available for breast cancer patients. He seems to be on top of his subject is very thorough.
