Dr. Gina Zuniga, MD

She recently aided in the birth of our child. She was kind, gentle, and actually spoke to my husband as well and not just to me like the other doctors did. I really appreciated her.

Dr. Zuniga spent time with me nicely and I could tell her about my problem. She is really nice. I am planning to have a baby and will absolutely choose her as my doctor during pregnancy :)

This is the 3 rd time I've sat here for an hour and this time I'm Not rescheduling I have to get this appt over with. This is RUDE !!!

would never recommend her to anyone. I was not attained properly and was not even checked properly by the doctor and she directly booked an appointment for the operation without even checking me.

I found Doctor Zuniga to be excellent. I was pregnant with my first son and my husband and I were extremely nervous. My husband attended all my visits and would literally show up with a long list of questions for Doctor Zuniga. She answered each and everyone of them patiently. She is SUPER SMART and very clinical, which is great, but she is also caring. I remember the time in my 1st trimester, I was bleeding and got very concerned. I called her and she saw me the same day. She put my fears to rest. She is a great doctor and I highly recommend her.

She is a great doctor but her staff is very unprofessional.

She did my first c-section and it came out very well, as far as my ending up in a c-section my have to do with the entire practice. Zuniga was very cold during all the visits. I had another c-section with someone in the practice and she was horrible. Zuniga promissed to do my 2nd c-section and a day before they changed for another female doctor in the office that was such a umprofessional and bad doctor

I had my son in November. Dr.Zunigas office did not do my delivery as I was out of NJ. However, they called and kept in contact with me at all times to make sure I was doing well. She herself has called me on multiple occasion. Being pregnant with my first child always kept me on the edge about everything. Dr. Zuniga was always patience and calm. Very intelligent and was easy to talk too. Always took the time out to answer my question. After having the baby I am back at the facility only because of her. Not very pleased with the office staff as they are very cold.

I thought Dr. Zuniga was very good - never felt rushed, was always pleasant, never frazzled. She delivered my girls - and was a true pro. My issue is with the office itself. I wait an average 45 minutes for a 5 to 10 minute visit every time! it's crazy!!

I was 6 weeks pregnant when I went to see Dr. Zuniga and my husband and I rush to the appointment after work. We were so very excited because this is our very first baby. We were also so excited to see our first ultrasound but was in the room for over an hour waiting for this doctor. When she performed the ultrasound she didnt walk us through what she was doing. We expected more explanation being that this is our first time getting an ultrasound. Not only did she do the ultrasound superfast and didnt explain a thing! but she worried us half to death. She said that our baby (fetus) might have stopped growing because she couldnt find it, all she picked up with the ultrasound machine was "an empty sack" she kept reminding us of how high my risk of miscarriage is at this stage. I was freaking out and hysterical. After weeks of great anticipation and excitement, my husband and I left the office feeling scared and super sad/ disappointed! It was horrible to experience this, after waiting… for over an hour and to feel rushed out feeling like she didnt even explain what was going on. We went to another doctor and spoke to many other people --only to find out it is perfectly normal to not see fetus at just 6 weeks. A week later I was able to see my baby and even hear the heart beat. I am now 12 weeks and I am past the high risk of miscarriage. Dr. Zuniga worries patients and her lack of information just can worry you to a point where it can be harmful to your baby. I do NOT RECOMMEND DR. ZUNIGA AT ALL! especially to first time parents who need a Doctor who is patient and willing to explain every step of whats going on during an ultrasound.
