Dr. Gisele Jacqueline Girault, MD

I have been going to her Clinic several years now. The staff is fabulous. I do not feel bullied as some have said. I feel validated and treated respectfully. The only complaint I have is regarding injections. My pain in my neck and my migraines have become worse. I'm not sure if it's from the injections or not. I am 72 and things tend to get worse as we age.

I would no recommend her to any. Have been to her 3 times and only seen her once and she was in the office. Just a unprofessional Dr. She will not talk to you.Appears to be all about getting insurance benefits

My daughter has been trying for 2 weeks to make an appointment with this Dr. they Answer machine says they will return the call in 24 hrs. But no one has called her yet. INo wonder she is accepting new patients. At the rate the receptionist is going she’s gonna be down to none. I’ve never seen anything like this!! We are gonna have to find another one I guess but we had heard that this one was a good one. So good luck getting a Answer here.

I was sent here because I need to see a pain specialist for my back. I went to one and all he gave me was meloxicam, that does nothing for me. When I was sent here, they only prescribed me the nerve pain medication, diclofenac for pain (which doesn't work). I just went the other day and they prescribed me Ibuprofen, that doesn't work either. I need something else stronger and have already had two injections in my back. I do not recommend this one at all.

I have been seeing Dr Girault for the last 3 months for back pain. After her evaluation she set me up for a series of injections. I have had back pain for over 30 years and finally found the right doctor to relieve me of the pain without surgery. After the series of injections my back pain is gone. Not sure how long that will last but for the last month I am pain free. I play golf regularly and now with no back pain. Dr Girault was very professional, knew exactly what I needed. I am very pleased and so glad I was referred to her by my primary physician.

hurried no time spent with patient. No questions asked only by nurses who could not answer my question. Unprofessional staff also.

started off with neutral rating but as time went on the other staff spends more time asking questions but low accurate % for what the doc hears. Treats everyone with same plan no matter what. Not individual care for individual circumstances. As far as pain docs go she would get at most neutral and usual Dissatisfied. As most of her center colleagues do.

Dr. Girault and her staff are professional, knowledgeable and friendly. Dr. Girault is thoroughly patient with her patients. Her bedside manner and explanation totally erase any fears one may have. Her new office location is spacious. Please call and schedule a visit.

Mean and uncaring....hands prescriptions and runs back out the door....staff acts very unhappy also

After waiting to see her for an hour and a half, I left without seeing her ! So I tried again and waited 45-50 mins. saw her and she had absolutely no bed side manor , horrible personality.
