Dr. Grace Andrea Haynes

Dr. Haynes is very personable, it’s easy to see why patients give her a 5 star review. She listened to my medical concerns. However, after a depression screening she asked if I was spiritual and started to talk about Jesus and went as far as to recommended Christian authors, websites and specific books of the Bible. She implied that if my therapist wasn’t “in the faith” I’d be lead astray and because I fell away from Jesus all the bad things in my life are happening. I was very uncomfortable and wanted to ask her to stop but she repeatedly said “I’m not preaching at you”, I didn’t feel like I could stand up to her. I reached out after the appointment and her response was “I’d like to state I didn’t mean to offend you with my belief.” I respect peoples faith and beliefs, however pushing it on others in a medical setting isn’t ethical. It was really inappropriate and I felt I deserved an apology for how she used my medical appointment to push her religious agenda.

Dr. Haynes works in an amazing practice with a group of doctors in various specialties. She is very caring and it shows when you see her. She is on time, orders the appropriate tests and always goes the extra mile. Thank you Dr. Haynes.

This is the best doctor anyone could ask for !! She has been my primary care dr for 17 years and has every paient's well being first and utmost care at the top of her priority

Staff poor with customers and tends be lazy when asked questions or options. Medical records were inaccurate

Has been my grandmother's Doctor for 12 years and has given her nothing but excellent care.

This doesn't reflect on Dr Haynes who I loved and feel very comfortable with. This is in ref to her appt staff. I just got my husband out of hospital for a stroke. Hosp orders were for a foll up appt with the Dr within 1 to 3 days. Since I have seen her before and had her listed as my husbands primary doctor at the hosp also I thought she would handle the foll up. When making the appt I was told he would be a new patient and they have nothing avail till the middle of August, I advised her that this is a foll up order from the hosp to be seen within 1-3 days can't you fit him in for that and was told "Sorry, I have nothing!" So I called my prior dr, who has not seen my husb before either, so he will be a new patient with him also, got appt for the following Monday. I am really unhappy about this and can see how the doctor can and probably does loose a lot of patients because of this ridiculous appt staff!

Does not follow up with you on blood work, does not write the correct prescriptions, then you have to wait in her office for another hour+ to have her write the correct dosage, medication, ... But what is the worst part is she will leave you with NO medication if she forgets to write it at all . Even after you call her weeks in advance if she forgot and its the weekend TOUGH. Several of us got calls that our prescriptions were ready and when we got there Dr. Haynes actually did not have the prescriptions ready for pick up and it was a Friday and she was not there, not one thing they were going to do about it. Then she decided to DUMP all of her patients with pain issues (she just did not want to be bothered). Didn't matter she just abruptly stopped filling pain medications!

Dr. Haynes is an exceptional doctor.

I have been a patient of dr. Haynes for more than five years and I am actively looking for another PCP. She is very nice unlike most of her staff. But it takes months to get an appointment and your wait time will exceed an hour on the appointment date. Once you see the doctor she will spend about 5-10 minutes with you and then rush on to the next patient. If you require healthcare paper work to be filled out expect to pay and wait a while for that to go through. I think the worst part of this doctor's office is their poor record keeping. I hope to find another doctor ASAP.

I have been a patient for over 15 years. The staff is terrific. The office is busy so you may have a wait. It is worth it. Dr. Haynes spends the time you need to address your medical concerns and she is focused on preventative health care. She sincerely cares about her patients. I do not mind waiting because you are never treated as just another number. You are treated with respect surrounded by care and concern. The staff will try to do whatever is needed to resolve your healthcare concerns.
