Dr. Henry Mikolaj Paszko, MD

I have been under the excellent care of Dr. Paszko for many years, and highly respect his opinion and skill. Recently, there was a pet cat in the waiting room, which was allowed to go into the exam room with a patient. Many of the staff commented on the cuteness of the cat. Now cats are not service animals. Furthermore, some people are very allergic to cats. Cat dander is very persistent, per Rochester NY allergy practice long term studies. I cannot find anyone who can tell me the need for a cat in an appointment with a family practice physician.

Do not waste your time. He is more interested in whether or not you practice religion, than his practicing medicine. I was a patient for over 15 years. I saw him maybe 5 times. The very last time I saw him was due to a medication interaction and he was rude, told me to go to church, told me to continue taking the medication causing the interactions with 2 other already prescribed medications I currently was taking. Walgreens didn’t catch the interactions until days later. Meanwhile I was in and out of the emergency room, put through the same tests repeatedly and when I follow up with him, he denies the known medication interactions and tells me to stay out of the ER and continue the medication. If I had listened to him, I would NOT be alive to write this review. If you’re a prospective patient, please seek other medical guidance from a trusted medical professional instead of this hack who is more based in his theological ideologies.

I have gone to this practice for several years. I have had excellent care every time I am there. From the medical staff to the office staff, all show you kindness and respect. I strongly recommend this medical practice..

Felt compelled to write a review as we really appreciated Dr. Paszko's judgement and clinical advice for a condition my husband was having. We found him to kind, understanding, and his clinical judgement was outstanding. I would refer anyone to him.

Too easily drifts away from objective facts / sufficient evidence-based orthodox physiological medical science ... towards his own strange, rushed, and unverifiable opinions on matters totally unrelated to your purpose(s) for the office visit. Answer his off-topic questions at the office visit at your own risk. His practice of medicine may not bother you until you someday discover that his "whole person" independent perspective has been indelibly transferred into your medical records. If you find a surprise diagnosis based on insufficient evidence in your medical records, google "Amending Your Medical Records in NYS" and "Fraud In Medicine - NYS DOH"

Love this practice... the staff is warm and friendly from beginning to end. Our family has been receiving excellent medical care from Dr. Paszko and his staff for over 17 years. Dr. Paszko has incredible medical judgement and has been tireless in his care of my family. I am so grateful for him and I couldn't recommend him or the practice more highly.

Condescending verbiage and impersonal bedside manner. Other doctors and PA's at this practice are more inviting and will be able to diagnose and treat you with kindness and respect.

Dr. Paszko is an excellent doctor, very knowledgeable, and has excellent judgment. He is very cautious with my health, which I appreciate so much.

this guy has zero bedside manner: aloof, condescending, impersonal, judgemental, I'm running out of praise here. I've been spending the winters in Florida for the past four years. I've never been able to get a scrip written to carry me over but a phone call from the pharmacy did the trick -until this year. with 30 days left to go I was refused an important one which turned out to be close to life threatening. Thanks to the local community hospital ED I'm recovering now. OK, one more : unethical. Especially since I have been on that same med for over ten years.

Dr. Paszko is warm and caring and has excellent judgment. He knows his stuff.
