Rude, condescending, dirty and would not go back or trust this doctor.

Amazing doctor! Gave me back my confidence when she did such a beautiful job on my eyes. I’m finally OK with being in pictures again. She is very patient and kind, it’s like you’re visiting a friend rather than a doctor! As a hair salon owner I have recommended her to over 20 clients all that have been so satisfied and amazed with her talent. She is a true professional!

Very pushy when it came to a procedure. Had no time to think about it. When It was too uncomfortable she through a little hissy fit which was very unprofessional and uncomfortable as I was the one not being helped. Very judgmental and unpleasant unless you are one of her cosmetic surgery patients.

Dr. Konrad pressured me to have a procedure and I regretted it. I also refuse to be treated in such a condescending manner again by anyone never mind someone who is supposed to be helping me.

I recently had my eyelids lifted and my experience was amazing. She was thorough, made me feel comfortable and has wonderful bedside manner. She even gave me her cell phone number if I needed her after hours. Could not have asked for better care.

Dr. Konrad was high pressure in terms of selling me on a procedure. She spoke to me like a was a young, stupid child which I found unprofessional and rude. She is pompous, self righteous and not good with people unless you are a cosmetic surgery patient who adores her in which case she will fawn over you. So phony. One of my appointments lasted four minutes. Just avoid her altogether.

Dr. Konrad ruined my eyes and they can not be repaired. She didn't even care and wanted to book me for further surgery with more expense to repair her mistake. Having this deformity has runined my life. In addition, she is rude and condescending. Her office is a nightmare. You can easily wait 4-5 hours to see her. RUN and go to a real plastic surgeon.

I went to see her for an eye exam and was please to find out that she does cosmetic procedures as well with a fairly great price!! She's amazing at her work since her specialty is an oculoplastic ophthalmologist. She's like a hidden gem. I def will recommend her.

dr Konrad is an excellent dr...........there is a real feeling of confidence in her presence.

Was rude and condescending to me as a patient. Did not spend enough time with me during the apoointment and seemed more concerned about herself and money than me.
