Dr. Ian Norman Fauconier, MD

Dr. Fauconier is very thorough and good with explaining things. Staff are friendly and efficient. My only gripe is telephone communications -- endless, endless holds (yes, that's "holds" plural; no direct line to Urology Dept.) To add insult to injury, they keep playing this perky, cheerful message "Your call is very important to us. . . ." -- obviously untrue; if calls from patients were *really* "very important", they'd hire enough staff to answer them!

Have no idea how he received the Doctor on time award!!! His office has canceled on me four different times.

kept delaying proper treatment, was in extreme pain,didnt seem to care or treat the condition.

It was not fun to hear the diagnosis of bladder cancer. Dr. Fauconier made the experience very upbeat, however, giving me statistics on bladder cancer that made me believe that I could beat this. And I have to this point! He is very thorough on follow up, which is very important with this type of cancer. I don't think my future would be so positive without Dr. Fauconier in my corner.
