Terrible experience, read these reviews, they are spot on. Dr is hard to understanding, doesn’t talk to you or tell you what is going. But the real issue is the staff, all the reviews are true, very unprofessional and rude. I cancelled my appointments and will not return.

No empathy -Dr. disinterested- Staff rude-I’m a retired R.N. (hospice nurse). I can’t believe I put up with this office as long as I did. Impossible to get refills as you always have to call the office for a refill as your prescription always says “no refills” so they can mail you for another appointment which is 5 minutes in length (if that) unless they try to push a Teledoc appointment down your throat. I mean, a neurological exam over the phone!

I am so disappointed with Dr. Levy-Reis, the first 2 visit with him were fine, however this last visit was horrible. I have suffered from chronic pain for 2 years, I have unbearable chronic pain in my back and legs, along with migranes. My issues are getting worse,not better, I tried to explain new problems, as well as go over blood work and a Nuclear Bone Scan, HE WOULD NOT LISTEN. He wouldn't let me finish a sentence or answer any of my questions and basically said I'll order more MRIs, I just had MRIs done less than 6 months ago. To top it off he suggested that it maybe it's all in my head, because and I quote " Tarlov Cyst are asymptomatic, everyone has them and thye do not cause pain"

Dr Levi-Reid did not explain multiple tests I was given. Has changed from interested doctor to reducing 15” appt to 5 hurried minutes. Disappointed Not the doctor he used to be.

So after this physician (Levy-Reis) supposedly spent 20 minutes reviewing my medical records and rejecting me as a possible patient (Thank you, Lord) I get a call the next morning from his office saying they received my medical records and asked which physician I wanted to see. This raises the question of whether the records were reviewed at all -- obviously no note or documentation on the records was made that they had been reviewed. Poor practice, lousy physician, stay away.

This doctor took a maximum of 20 minutes to review 20 pages of medical records (time elapsed from end of faxing to receipt of phone call) to say i wasnt the right patient for their practice (through an admin, not from the physician). When I asked why I was a poor fit the explanation was "the doctor just checks a box yes or no, there is no explanation." Lucky to find out up front that this physician is a poor practitioner. Glad I avoided their practice. You should too.

Having lost sight in one eye, my fears for total vision loss are daunting. It is hopeful to find the talented Dr. Levy-Reis - respected in his field. His years of study - help to reassure me - when I need it most. Thank you Dr. Levy-Reis. - Audrey Broughton

Terrible bedside manor, grotesque . Sarcastic insulting extremely unprofessional .Worse doctor ever seen in my life. Office staff very nice he treats worker's compensation injured employees terribly. Would never recommend his services ever!

Dr. Levy-Reis is a smart (top colleges!), caring, wonderful doctor.
