I would not trust anyone else with my care other then Dr Cassandra

He listens he actually showed concern and did an excellent job of examining my injury to show that he is here to help thoroughly. I feel like and know I’m in good hands , mine aren’t strong enough to handle what I’m going through and that knowing is a great relief and feeling.

He’s wonderful. I went in with a page of questions. He answered most of them with his recommendation from the CT. He was patient, kind and answered questions on my level as I asked the rest of my questions. I appreciate him very much. I’ve met with several surgeons for my shoulder and he’s the one I trust.

Dr. Cassandra is very kind and compassionate. He is very patient yet also professional. I had a follow up appointment with him because I was still experiencing pain in my wrist after a procedure he had done in late November, ‘26. He did a thorough exam of the area where I still had pain. He gave me an injection, and I am not having pain at this time. More importantly, though, as the session was ending, I asked him to take a look at my right leg. It was swollen, red, and warm. He kindly took a look and said he was concerned that I might have a clot in it. With that he had someone from his office contact Grant Hospital and arrange an appt. for that afternoon. Within two hours, it was determined that I had several small clots in my leg. Dr. Morris took charge, and he said that clots such as the ones I had could cause a pulmonary embolism, which an autopsy showed was determined to be the cause of my mother’s death. I am happy to say that a few hours later, I was released. I was… given a prescription which I had filled within 24 hours. I feel fine now, but I will continue to finish the meds I was given and follow up with my primary care physician. As I am entering this, I am somewhat emotional, but even more grateful that Dr. Cassandra was kind enough to address my concern about my leg. I shudder to think about what might have happened if he had not taken the extra time to examine my leg and then to set things in motion that quite possibly saved my life. In my opinion Dr. Cassandra is the perfect example of the doctors we all hope will treat us when we have a serious concern.

Love Dr Cassandra, very patient with his patients and not in a hurry. Listens great and doesn’t do treatments or surgery unless absolutely necessary. Just had my right hand done, after having my left hand taken care of 3 yrs ago. Had dupuytren contractions and carpal tunnel. No issues no pain medication needed. Would recommend him to anyone needing a orthopedic surgeon Kristy, Lancaster. Ohio

Dr. Cassandra is very friendly, very personable, and very knowledgeable. I recommend him for any type of surgery for hands. He dud surgery on my hand and it turned out great.

His office worked me in after I fractured my humerus. They were kind. Dr Cassandra listened to me and didn’t offer surgery, instead letting the bone heal by itself. He gave me a better sling that is more comfortable and easy to use. He is very kind and thoughtful I always recommend him to my friends.

Dr. Cassandra will be my Orthopedic doctor from now on. He listened to me, asked detailed questions, and was very compassionate regarding my pain level. He explained the issue after reviewing X-ray and then continued to explain the treatment. He provided excellent care.
