I must apologize to Dr. Reto, l was leaving messages and did not get a returned call l found out today changing to a new phone company they gave me a number l gave to my doctors, family, friends and could not understand why l wasn't receiving any calls. I finally called Comcast and spoke to the kindest lady she finally found the problem the man that took my service contract gave me the wrong number. I owe Dr.Reto and his nurse a apologizes. I was so happy to find a Dr that l felt in my heart he could help me when l didn't get any return calls l was very hurt My insurance company said the test was approved Open MRI on Woodward in muscle Shoals said they still need the order from the Doctor. I hope Dr. Reto the order can be sent so l may get the test and put all this pain behind me. Please except my apologies. Sincerely. Francis Debbie Pesta

Worst Dr.I have ever been to. Always in a hurry to see his next person. Does not take time to see what is going on with you at all. I am going to TOC now.

I was suffering with sciatic pain for over a year. Dr Reto started with a conservative approach approach of spinal injections. They would give relief for a couple weeks. Eventually he performed fusion surgery and the results have been great.

Horrible doctor and bedside manner.

Professional and thorough in his description of the injury to my vertebrae.

Required to be there 45 mins before your appt. then was seen over an hour late. When told about the situation, was blown off. He has no empathy for his patients, by the way he spent a total of 5 minutes with me. No X-rays or tests were performed. Stay away from this doctor.

Dr. Reto is an amazing surgeon. He has a love for helping people heal. I was in horrible pain...and nearly crippled. After the surgery, I was able to walk in the recovery room. Within 2 days of my back surgery, I could walk without pain. I found Dr. Reto to be incredibly adept at follow up instructions and guiding me through my recovery. I was back to vigorous construction work within 8 weeks. I give him my highest recommendation. Thank you Dr. Reto....You're The Best!!

He din't even see me, he sent an assistant to talk to me, i don't think he cares about my problem. NOT HAPPY WITH HIS SERVICE.

preformed surgery on me. Went back to let him know something was not right with the surgery. He quickly dismissed this. Advised me it was another part of my body. Did not even examine me. Basically told me it was in my head and quickly dismissed me. I am in excruating pain. I know my body and something is not right. He could care less.

Seemed rather disinterested in agressively persuing my painful condition when he realized it wasn't directly spine related. Very minimal physical exam and rather quickly dismissed me.
