My son had a fractured nose, doctor aeoesty told him he would need to quit basketball for at least 6 months. He was rude, as well as the practioner, and condescending. We went for a second opinion, the new doctor repaired his nose within one week and my son was back on the court in 2 weeks with zero problems. Horrible experience.

Sometimes you do not realize how excellent your ENT is until you have a unplanned bad experience with a different ENT. Dr. Aeroesty is extremely knowledgeable and professional. And, he expects nothing less from his staff who’s communication and pro active work ethic make every patient feel valuable. I will never go anywhere else.

The highest level of care. Treatment and evaluation before surgery. We adore him and he is wonderful with our children. A true asset to our family.

Dr. Aeroesty performed my 7 year old daughters tonsillectomy. Upon follow up he walked into the exam room, looked at her and said “hey _______ whoa lay off the McDonald’s girl”. He’s Arrogant, rude and I’d never recommend.

This Dr. Uses very interesting billing coded to over charge patients. When left with an outrageous bill that will take months to pay he sends you to collections even though you are attempting to make payments in good Faith.

Dr. Aeroesty and his staff are friendly, helpful and excellent with small children.

First there is so many things wrong with this office!!!! I wasted my time and money. I cannot talk about the doctor, because never saw the doctor, I had a deviated septum, and the nurse practitioner whatever that means told that I had a infection without looking inside my nose. I explained to her that I need a surgery to fix the septum and she told me that because I was getting surgery we should do a surgery in my sinus, also she recomended to scrap the other side of my other turbine. This office here is an assembly line, they just care how much money that can get from your insurance company, if you have madicare or medicaid, they keep you making unneccsary appointments. THe doctor is never there. The Nurse practitioner, is rude, if you ask to see the doctor she gets offended, as patient is my right to see the doctor. Never trust a office, where the doctor is never available to see the patients.

I was referred to Dr. Aroesty by my PCP I was told there were no open appointments for several months and took an appt with his Certified Nurse Practitioner. I to this day have never met the man though the office staff has assured me he does exist. The staff runs a very disorganized office and even told me they were going to charge me a no show fee for an appointment they themselves canceled on the day of my appointment. I have dealt with this group for almost a year and i am no closer to resolution of my vestibular issues. When I asked to speak dorectly to the doctor I was told that was not possible and a few days later I recieved my file via the mail. I guess they are done with me regardless of there ability to help me or not. In the end it turns out they had misdiagnosed me from the beginning and I am having to start all over from the beginning. Do not waste your time or money on this Doctor.

I think its the best Dr.office I have been to the front desk girls are great when you walk in they let you know they care. you know what the first impression is what counts.
