Dr. Jeffrey R Counts, DO

Dr. Counts was very thorough, explaining my spinal problem and referred me to Advanced Surgery Center for steroid spinal injection for acute severe low back, hip and leg pain. That was over a month ago and they have not scheduled it. I called them , and they said they would check into it and call me back. Never heard from them again. That was money wasted on MRI, X-rays and office visit.

I went to Dr. Counts after a car accident. He also performed surgery on my daughter's shoulder after suffering a labrum tear playing softball. He is a wonderful doctor with an excellent bedside manner. We love Dr. Counts and highly recommend him!

Very caring doctor. My daughter had to be put to sleep to reset her arm. She wanted a pink cast when she woke up instead of the plain one that was put on. Dr. Counts went out of his way to get her a pink cast. He drove from the surgery center where she was at, to his office to get the material for a pink cast and then back to the surgery center to put the cast on and make her happy. I don't know many doctors that would go out of their way like that for a patient. I would and will reccomend him to everyone.
