Front office is very friendly and helpful, Scheduling a surgery is NOT satisfactory, very inexperienced and confused Billing department is the worst I have ever dealt with!!! Very rude! Speaking with them and very rude on phone!

I would highly recommend Dr. Gutman to my friends he's awesome! Great bed side matters and very personal makes you feel comparable right away. His office staff is awesome also.

Dr. Gutman in 1988 saved my life. I was a national class bicyclist hit by an auto while cycling. I sustained massive trauma and was not expected to live. I am cycling today because of him. He performed a laparoscopic hernia repair on me last week without complication. He did the same on my husband about 10 yrs. ago. He is an outstanding surgeon and person. He has saved many lives.

Dr. Gutman was referred to me independently by my Internist, OB/GYN, and doctor friend. Dr. Gutman corrected my inguinal hernia in a short surgery that lasted less than 10 minutes. He has perfected the laproscopic method, and has a huge success rating for all types of hernia repair. His personality is easy-going and exceptionally compassionate. He is definitely NOT pushy or arrogant in any way. I found his office staff to be polite, accommodating, and excellent with follow through. I highly recommend Dr. Gutman, and would see him again if I had need for a surgeon.

I ended up in the ER recently with a intestinal blockage. Dr. Gutman was called in and immediately went to work trying to source my problem. He was able to locate and identify the blockage with a minor surgical procedure and more importantly dissolve the blockage without major surgery. His bedside manner is impeccable and he's the only doctor that has ever told me to contact him 24/7 if there was a problem. "What can I say, I love my job." was his comment. THAT is a RARE GEM of a doctor. I HIGHLY recommend him to anyone with a gastro intestinal problem. He's the BEST in my book.

I had a double hernia fixed by Dr. Gutman. He really knows his stuff, I believe I was somewhere around his 9-10 thousandth hernia op. He is very experienced and confident in his abilities. I hurt now, but I will be thanking him an a week or so!

I found Dr. Gutman to be very caring and professional. He was quick to diagnos my daughter's problem and was very caring and made all of us feel comfortable. We would go back to Dr.Gutman if we needed a surgeon and would recomment him very highly. We were very happy with Dr. Gutman.
