Dr Katzell is the most uncaring doctor I have ever met, he will decide your medical needs by the billable amount he can charge from your injury not by how he can improve your quality of life .. your quality or quantity of life is not even in his train of thought when diagnosing your medical needs.. Beware he is a salesman not just a doctor and should your procedure have complications after like mine did, he will not help if there is no big insurance policy or as he stated to me (I do not feel confident in fixing going back in to repair the problem ) and not many other surgeon will after they find he was your surgeon … then your billed for the rejection and left in pain and suffering as I was … Oh and save all your medical records along the way if you decide to use him because he will not release them to you if there should be a problem

Explained everything very thorough! I was able to feel the effects of my neck surgery right after. The numbness and tingling I had in my hands from the car accident went away!

The office refused to see me after I drove over 1 hour and arrived early. The slow front desk lady said the doctor is leaving early which was a lie to my face because people were seen after me. When I asked for the manager- Demaris Sloan, she also refused to speak to me.

Dr. Katzell is an Excellent and caring doctor he has great staff and they don't keep you waiting in the lobby for a long time. I saw him a few times when I injured my neck and he took the time to explain my injuries to me and answer all my questions. I was in a lot of pain after my car accident from herniated disc in my neck and pain down my arm and loss of strength. The doctor told me I needed surgery and explained in detail my injury as well as treatment and recovery time. I've had such a great result from my Neck surgery. I feel blessed to have found such an excellent surgeon. I have recommended Dr. Katzell to all my friends and family.

Dr. Katzell repaired my rotator cuff a few months ago and my outcome has been wonderful. The 1/2 inch scars are nearly invisible & my shoulder feels as good as new. He is very approachable and easy to talk to. He gave me options to consider before surgery and if I choose to have it done, what my expectations should be. I chose the surgery. He and his staff were attentive and accommodating toward my needs. Overall pleasant experience & heartily recommend Dr. Katzell for orthopedic surgery.

You can not be seen unless you provide your FULL Social Security Number, which you as a patient are in no way required or obligated to provide such information. It is also illegal. The manager won’t speak to you and supposedly is never in the office to take calls, concerns or complaints. This office is a joke.

This is my second time seeing Dr Katzel for ACL Surgery his bedside manner is ABSOLUTELY the best! His compassion and genuine care for me has been as if I were family. Office visits are quick never a long wait. Staff are polite and knowledgeable scheduling is flexible. I highly recommend Dr Katzel if you’re looking for a GREAT Dr....
