Dr. Jennifer Reed Smith

I have been a patient of Dr. Smith for over 10 years and cannot say enough about how great she is. On Friday I had a serious adverse reaction to medication prescribed by another doctor. That doctor's office never called me back, but Dr. Smith office stepped in to save the day and Dr. Smith worked me into a 5:30 PM appointment Friday afternoon! She is tops! Not only is she an excellent doctor, but she really cares about her patients and wasn't going to leave me unattended over the weekend.

Dr.Smith spends times with you; treating the patient, not the clock.

I have recommended Dr. Smith to at least 10 friends who have had experiences consistent with mine. She is an excellent doctor!

I recently married and moved away from Phoenix. In looking for a new family physician, I've read so many horror stories about doctors, I wanted to share that I miss Dr. Smith. She was a great, friendly doctor, that took time to listen and hear what I had to say. Her advice was sound and she resolved any issues that I had. She remembered me from one appointment to the next, even when they were a year apart. When she can't take phone calls, I have left messages with her assistant and I received a call back within a day. If you are lucky enough to get an appointment with her (last I heard, she was not taking new patients) you are sure to be pleased.

Dr Smith is the best.

Dr Smith has been a blessing to my partner and I. She is an extremely genuine person with a loving and caring attitude. She makes it easy to go for a visit simply because she treats me almost like family which allows me to open up to her more easily. My partner passed away recently and Dr Smith was there for me. She never appeared to have an issue with our same sex relationship. She always treated us like a couple. Bless you, Dr Smith.

I would not recommend using any doctor in this practice (Mountain View Family Physicians). This is based solely on their policies and not on medical ability. As a requirement of being seen they will require your social security number, even if you are covered by insurance. There is no valid medical reason for this and it is a risk to you. You should use caution with any business requiring unnecessary personal information. Also, the staff is fairly rude and not knowledgeable.
