First of all the staff in the office are very friendly .Dr Eisler was understanding and explained everything well.His dog is a plus by the way! I am pain free 7 weeks after back surgery, no more siatica! I would recommend Dr Eisler to my friends

It does not matter if the physician is a good surgeon or not if you, as the patient, cannot get the answers you need or timely feedback from calls made into the office. This is the only practice I have ever seen that proudly announces on their answering message that they do not take calls during busy patient hours. Maybe that wouldn't be an issue if it didn't take days or over a week to return telephone calls. This is very concerning to me as I wait for a surgical date. Although the office staff is pleasant enough face to face, their demeanor changes on the telephone. Dr. Eisler needs to take a much closer look at his business practice, the attitudes of his staff and the policies in place for patient satisfaction if he does not want to lose future business.

Dr Eisler and staff are very unprofessional. It is hard to believe that he is a medical professional, he is more like a used car salesman. I was treated for injuries by Dr Eisler and 8 months later I had very little improvement. I got a second opinion from someone else and I am having better results.

Its been three years since I had back surgery. Dr. Eisler I can't thank you enough. I truly never thought I would live without that pain. You changed my life and I thank you for all you did to get me to a better life. Sincerely Pamela Monty.

Was very easy to talk to. Actually answers email questions. Will see how things go. Said it will take at least four more weeks to really start to feel better and pain to decrease. Will do follow up visits to check spinal alignment to be sure bones are healing properly.

Dr Eisler has fused my lumbar spine and this has made a big difference in my life. Today walking, sitting, standing is without pain and discomfort. Each day is a surprise, as movement is so easy now thanks to Dr? Eisler's skill. Oh, that fusion, it was 2 years ago. Now l will return to see him again for another problem. Believe me when l say, "l trust no one else". He is the best ..........

I had very severe spinal stenosis, which made it difficult for me to walk and almost impossible for me to stand for longer than a few minutes at a time. Thanks to the genius and skill of Dr. Eisler, I am now almost totally pain free and able to live a normal life. I would recommend Dr. Eisler to anyone in need of any type of back surgery. I am very pleased with my experience with the office staff and Dr. Eisler. He took his time one on one with me and went over my issues with my back. He showed me my M.R.I. and took his time with me explaining what it showed and the options I or we have to deal with my lower back. I was very pleased and glad my orthopedic Dr. reffered me to him.
