Knowledgeable, answered my questions, eased my concerns. Followup appointments were informative, and he explained my results in detail.

An excellent doctor whose staff is exceptional.

My mother is/was a patient of Dr. Muro's. We are looking for another doctor. She had a boil on her leg that he didn't believe needed any treatment. Fine, that might have been the case when he first saw her. A month later at her follow up appointment the boil was in need of immediate attention. He insisted that she get admitted to the hospital that afternoon (friday). he said the boil needed to be lanced that day and then she would have the weekend to have the nurses in the hospital pack her wound. that did not happen. on saturday morning i called dr. muro and waited for him to call back. he finally did two hours later claiming that he was still looking for a surgeon. he said the surgery would be that afternoon or on sunday. i called him again. he never called back. we waited for her surgery thru the weekend. the nurses at brotman showed no concern or sense of care...they did not attempt to call the doctor for us, but said we would just have to wait for him. on sunday morning we saw the… surgeon. although i won't go into details, it was evident that dr. muro had dropped the ball. and based on what the surgeon said, he wanted us to make sure that it wasn't his fault. (the surgeons). finally dr. muro comes to see my mom on sunday afternoon after - about an hour after the surgeon came. he claimed things that were not true and basically was back peddling the whole time. i was very unhappy with how this transpired and will definitely not refer this doctor to anyone. the good news is that my mother had her surgery on monday morning and was discharged that afternoon.
