Dr. John Ramon Cintron JR., MD

This is the worse Doctor you could ever think to visit. He only cares about himself and his family and not the actual patients he sees day to day. He prescribes whatever he wants and doesn’t actually help patients get better. If you see this doctores name on anything RUN! You do not want to visit him

If you are looking for a doctor that cares about you or your illness "John Cintron" is not the one and really seems to only care about himself, don't bother leaving messages you will never get a response, best bet is to just keep calling until you get some who may know what's going but usually its just a call center for scheduling appointments. ALL I CAN DO IS SHARE MY EXPERIENCE SO YOU DONT HAVE TOO!!!

I now understand why they have 4 star reviews, there is a printed paper on the front desk that states “If you leave a good review, you will be given a free product” I left the office in tears. I don’t think I’ve ever left a medical office feeling so belittled and stressed in my life. The front desk receptionist treated me worse then a dog. My boyfriend lost three hours of his job and I was simply asking how many patients were in-front of us. His appointment was for 3:15, we had 5 patients in-front of us and there were patients in the lobby waiting for over an hour. I had to sit outside of the office on the floor, because the clinic was jam packed. The office closes at 5:00 PM and with 5+ people ahead of us, we would have been waiting until 7:30 PM, thats 4 hours over the original appointment time. The front desk receptionist didn’t bother to even look at me in my face, she didn’t want to answer any of my questions or help me in any kind of way. Eventually I kindly asked the front desk… receptionist to please reschedule my appointment and she simply told me “Why would you want to book here again, No I will not schedule your appointment.” When I was in the lobby and the other patients witnessed everything that happened, a lady with black curly hair came out and told me I needed to leave the office. She then noticed I was pleading to her that I tried my absolute best with the front desk receptionist, and at this point all I wanted to was reschedule my appointment and she allowed me to come in and see Dr.Jany. When we saw the DR, she was straight forward and to the point. Dr.Jany didn’t bother to ask how we were. There was lack of empathy. I was crying in the room and she didn’t bother to address what had happened to us earlier. Thankfully, my boyfriend eventually came into room after begging him, I am truly grateful my boyfriend was able to get the prescriptions he needed to treat his painful condition. The appointment scheduler can NOT book 3+ appointments for the same time. There is one dermatologist, it is impossible to attend to more then one person at one time. I cannot recommend this clinic, what I felt was so stressful and the lack of empathy from the front desk receptionist was unbearable. Avoid this clinic at all costs, as the duty of the doctor (and employees working in a professional medical setting) is to take good care of the patients and not to humiliate and mistreat them.

Went to this clown because I was able to get an appointment the next day. Should have known that nobody worth seeing can offer a next day appointment. The people behind the desk were rude and very unprofessional. The exam rooms looked like they hadn’t been cleaned in weeks. The doctor is clueless, he is highly unprofessional and clearly lacks basic knowledge.

This guy does not deserve the title of doctor, at best he is a hack or the very reason that malpractice exist. The office is equally as bad. I went to him with a very difficult problem, he ordered numerous test to be done in his office but when it came to the three MRI’s he ordered, he failed give my insurance company documentation they asked for to complete the test. Then the guy’s office staff claim it is my insurance carrier who is at fault. For the past 2.5 years I have suffered through many neurological problems and have never had a problem getting anything done until I met this quack.

I scheduled an appointment with Dr Cintron to have an EEG done and to speak with him. I had to reschedule because of insurance reasons. My new appointment was Nov. 2nd 2018. I went and had my EEG done. I was told that I was not seeing the Dr. on that day. The original appointment said I was going to see him. She rescheduled me and I only had a test done and was dismissed. My primary Dr was upset with me for not seeing him. I told her that I was scheduled to see him but the girl behind the window said I was not scheduled to see him. She forgot to put that info in the computer. So my primary Dr called the girl and the girl said I refused to see the Dr. WHAT???? My first appointment was to see him. I rescheduled and all of a sudden I refused to see him???? She lied to my primary Dr. because she made a mistake. She blamed me that I didnt see him. I brought my prescriptions for him to fill, I brought my emergency room papers, and my mother because she wanted to speak with him. Does that… sound like I refused to see him. I asked to get my seizure meds refilled and the girl said I wasnt a patient and refused to fill them. Such incompetence!!! Now I missed another week of work because of that girl. I still havent seen Dr Cintron so I cant rate him. The girl behind the window gets ?? no stars. Be careful of that girl. She lies to other doctors to protect her mistake.

Dr. Cintron was recommended to us by a doctor at HealthSouth after my mom had a stroke. After reading old reviews, I was skeptical, but I'm so glad I made the appointment. His office in Homestead is really lovely. New building by Baptist Homestead, and the office was the home of a former Day Spa, so it's decor is soothing and gorgeous. We first saw his associate and then Dr. Cintron; both were excellent. They took their time, answered all of my questions and were just very kind to my 89-year old (hard of hearing) mom! I read reviews about the office staff not being helpful, but I didn't experience that at all. I didn't even have the correct referral and the young woman was able to handle everything for me quickly. I was grateful and impressed. Maybe you get what you give -- be kind to others and they'll be kind to you. We got respect and great care. I am very pleased with Dr. Cintron and his office. Initial appointment was very good. Pleasant, concerned, prepared. Read my previous dr.s information. next appointment 4 weeks.

Fui a ver al doctor por primera vez recomendado por mi seguro ya que llevaba algun tiempo con dolor de cabeza. Cuando llegue a la oficina la sr que me atendio fue muy amable y luego de haber llenado mis papeles me paso a ver al dr.Estube en el cuarto por mas de 25 minutos y luego de esperar lo escuche que estaba hablando en el telefono, ya cuando viene el doctor y le cominezo a explicar a penas me escucho me indico unos estudios y me dijo que debia de regresar. En tiendo que el doctor puede tener otras situaciones pero despues de tanto esperar practicamente fue para nada. No recominedo que nadie pierda su tiempo para ir a ver este doctor
