Great surgeon. He operated on both of my knees. I have no pain or restrictions. Great care by Dr. Diana, his staff and the hospital.

I noted that much of what gives Dr. Diana a higher rating in this listing has nothing to do with his qualification as a surgeon, but rather his demeanor, etc. I, would rather have a doctor with a less ingratiating demeanor and higher surgical skills. And, in any event, he would not even speak to me by telephone when I called his office to register my pain and concern.

I have suffered for years since the hip replacement surgery performed by Dr. Diana. Yes, he is a "nice" man.....but one wants is an excellent surgeon. My surgery was done in 2014 and I am now preparing to see another surgeon to relieve me of the nightmare I have been living. I had one question for Dr. Diana and I wasn't prepared to travel the many miles to ask it, and he wouldn't talk to me on the telephone. As I now prepare to see another ortho surgeon to follow up on what to do with this dilemma I have suffered through for several years, I will write the American Academy of Orthopedic Surgeons, as well as Dr. Diana : "Does it make any sense, if the AVERAGE SIZE BALL REPLACEMENT FOR MALE OR FEMALE IS A SIZE THIRTY-TWO......how can it be appropriate to give me, a petit woman -4'10" tall, a size 36, YES THIRTY SIX, ball replacement!! This has thrown my spine out of alignment, pulling my right hip higher and further to the right. This was immediately noticeable by myself and… my physical therapist, and I have suffered severe ever since my surgical procedure. I have had my quota of cortisone injections in that hip and now, probably the only way to approach this is with a corrective surgery. I AM SO ANGRY BECAUSE I HAVE SUFFERED FOR YEARS WITH THIS AND DR. DIANA'S ASSISTANT'S DEMEANOR WHEN I CALLED WAS UNCARING AND NON SUPPORTIVE.

Saw Dr. Diana for knee replacement. Wonderful doctor who has no problem spending time with you and answering questions. Staff was always available for taking care of questions and filling prescriptions.
