I have been a patient of Dr Hernandez for over 25 years, starting with some very complex surgery regarding my sinus and every 6 months for regular checkups on throat, ears & nose and my wife also is a patient , we are always seen at connecting times, during these years there have been different secretaries & assistants every one of them has shown the most professional, compassionate, and courteous service to my wife and I, you won't find a more dedicated doctor who respects and cares for each of his patients. Had to wait a long time even a the first appointment after lunch because he was late at least twice. Didn't get familiar with my chart until he was in the room. Didn't provide a plan to proceed except just allow the patient, me, to decide what is best. Wasted my time with suggesting follow up visits where he does nothing except saying he doesn't know until I either wait or get more test. And again I have to decide what to do and he got not path to where we should do next. And the worst part is this place does not take anything but cash or check. So getting him pay with any modern way is not acceptable which cause even more inconvenience. His staff IS RUDE on top of it. Much better doctors elsewhere that will put their patients first.

Dr Hernandez is an excellent doctor. His staff is very kind and accommodating as well. I would recommend him to everyone.

A fantastic guy and a great doctor. Terrific bedside manner, gentle touch, no fear-and great self-confidence. Totally recommend.

I had already seen one ent doctor who I did not get a good feeling from. After seeing Dr Hernandez I was very confortable with him. He is very nice.His office staff was very nice and they got me an appointment when I didn't have a lot of time to wait. I have already recommended him to my pediatrician and my orthodontist. I needed him for my son and he liked him too.
