Very organized, very friendly, always on time and helpful.

His office is a circus; they can't even schedule an emergency procedure from another doctor's referral in a timely fashion, and his assistant is impossibly unprofessional. She said he wanted to wait more than a week to even think about setting my daughter's broken nose, which is contrary to everything we've read and been advised. When I questioned this, she said "Um, he's a professional; he knows what to do." If this is the kind of snippy and condescending environment in their office, there is no way I would allow my daughter to see him. He may be great for botox or facelifts, but this is not a place for children.

I was very apprehensive to go to a plastic surgeon. Cost,pain and the guilt of being vain were the thoughts running through me. The staff was very friendly and helpful and relieved many of my fears. Dr Chadwell was very professional and friendly also punctual. My procedure was done in his office which cut down cost and was painless. Had my eyelids revised due to drooping and under eye bags and wrinkles taken care of. And girls you can afford this ! You may have to make payments fora year or two with the care credit card...but it's interest free for a certain time! It is well worth it!!
