The thing that struck me at first about Dr. Vaughn was his patience and listening. He plainly explained what he thought would be the best options. He then explained the chances of success, as well as the risks so that I felt I was making an informed decision. But where Dr. Vaughn and his staff really separate from the pack, is when you are having a procedure (in my case FOUR). It's important to note that I am terrified of needles. Those of you with this condition know that it can even determine whether or not you have a procedure done. The staff has clearly dealt with this before, and handled it beautifully. They checked in with me leading up to and during the procedure. They even have a doctor on staff who specializes in Eastern medicine. She took a good 45 minutes with me to make sure I was relaxed using acupressure. She was with me the entire time until I was out from the anesthesia. I cannot stress how big of a help this was. They have earned a patient for life.

I just cannot say enough good things about Dr Vaughn. I never realized that ENT specialist could be so helpful. Before coming to Dr. Vaughn I have had chronic sinusitis for more than 30+ years resulting in Multiple surgeries . I started coming to Dr Vaughn last winter when I got a very bad fungus infection in both ears. I had seen three ENT specialists over the course of several months before finding Dr Vaughn. I was at my wits ends. I would wake up in the night time because of the pain and itching in my ears. I also had trouble hearing due to the infection. I finally found Dr Vaughn. What a BIG RELIEF. Simply put WOW. After months of both ears being infected I started getting better. Immediately he did several different things to help my ears in his office and then gave me an at home protocol. Initially I went to him for of my ear infection. Because I have chronic sinusitis he has been treating me for my sinuses as well. My sinuses are the very best they have been… in all these years. Because I do not like taking antibiotics he has worked with me on alternative solutions for healing my sinuses. He has done simple in-office protocols that I have not had any other ENT specialist do. He is a kind and caring person and an absolutely great doctor.

Dr Vaughn is a genuinely kind person and a phenomenal doctor! It is apparent that he is a perfectionist, and passionate about his work, and will give you nothing less than his best! He was very empathetic to my needs and comfort level during my procedure. He was thorough and communicated what was going to happen every step of the way. I would absolutely recommend him!
