Dr. Jonathan R Gottlieb, MD

Dr. Gottlieb is the best doctor I have ever come across. He did neck surgery on me and as soon as I woke up I did not have anymore pain. He also has exceptional bedside manner and truly cares for his patients. I would recommend him to anyone.

Dr.Gottlieb has to be one of the most personable doctors I have ever met with. He was so patient with me and my many questions. He took his time with me and gave a thorough explanation as to what my diagnosis was and what my treatment options were. I have never felt so much confidence walking out of a doctor's office! As a patient of Dr. Gottlieb who also had surgery I can say that my experience as a whole was great. I was very impressed from the start, I saw him in his new office on sunset drive, it was clean, the staff was very helpful and courteous. Most importantly, Dr. Gottlieb took the time to review my MRI with me, he explained my diagnosis which was a herniated disc and my options. He also answered all of my questions. It was the first time a doctor took the time to explain things to me. We tried conservative care first with an epidural and without any pressure I was advised I may need surgery if it did not work. His office staff, kept in touch with me, they were available 24/7 and when the epidural injection did not work I came back to discuss my options for surgery. To my surprise, the moment I woke up from surgery, all of the pain and tingling I had been feeling in my legs was gone. I could not be happier. I did not need therapy and was back to work in a few days. I am very thankful to… Dr. Gottlieb and his staff for their exceptional care.

I would only trust Dr. Gottlieb with my family members. He is ethical, kind and up to date on all the latest techniques. He has excellent surgical skills - 2nd to none.

Mr. Gottlieb saved my life !!! I was in a bad truck accident and was in the hospital for about 6 months !!! I had 5 neck fractures and a hematoma in my liver and on top of that I got MERSA in the hospital !! I owe my life to him and all the nurses at JMH !!!!!!

Dr. Gottlieb is an excellent surgeon. He did an amazing job treating my daugther and literally put her injured spine back together again...giving her hope for a future as a functional person. I have an appointment today and trust that he will do the same for me and I trust that he will be honest and tell me if he can not help my condition. He is easy to talk to and listens! My experiences with physcians has been sad because many do not listen and do not have the same goals as the patient.
