I am writing to share my recent experience with Dr. Luis Ramirez Bracho, as I believe it is essential for prospective patients to be aware of certain aspects of his practice. While Dr. Ramirez may possess the skills of a good surgeon, I found significant shortcomings in his approach to patient consultations. My key concerns are as follows: - Time Management: My consultations with Dr. Ramirez were brief, averaging no more than five minutes. This left me feeling rushed and unaddressed, failing to create a sense of connection or understanding regarding my health concerns. - Communication: The lack of clear communication was troubling. During my visits, I felt that there was minimal interest in my well-being, which diminished my confidence in his ability to provide the care I required. - Follow-Up: Following my surgery in September, I had difficulty obtaining important notes and information regarding my consultations during my visits until January that I decide to stop visiting him. He… never was never able to discuss important elements with him, which was frustrating and concerning. Given these points, I would recommend considering other options before deciding to visit Dr. Ramirez’s office. My experience has led me to question the quality of care that I received, particularly in light of the long wait times associated with scheduling consultations. The waiting time was terrible. Then when I went inside I had to spend more time waiting for him, he spent 3 minutes with me, didn't even let me tell him everything I wanted to say. He moved my arm and he told me to get some xrays in his office then after the xrays they told me to go back to the room where I waited by myself for another hour. Then he came back for less than a minute and gave me a prescription for physical therapy. I've never been treated like that with a doctor who barely lets you talk and is with you for less than 4 minutes, and it was my first visit. He might be a wonderful doctor to some but treats others really bad. That place is like a factory. All they want is a lot of people and spend as little time as possible so he can make lots of money.

I went to this doctor because I saw the good reviews. He saw me for literally 4-5 minutes. I could barely get a word in, the waiting room was full and he was in a hurry. I was a new patient and this is ridiculous and unacceptable. When I left the office I cried because of this man's horrible practice. I'm a person, not a dog. Well, even dogs get more time with the veterinarian. Also the waiting time is long, one hour outside and 45 minutes inside. Do not go and see this doctor, you will be disappointed.

Mi madre comenzo a tratarse con el Dr y le esta yendo muy bien, el Dr Ramirez y su grupo de trabajo son excelentes y muy profesionales, tambien humanos y con mucha paciencia se dedican a escuchar al paciente y despues a explicarle todo, inlcuso hoy fuimos y me atendio a mi tambien sin tener cita, muy profesional, humanos y atentos, encantadas estamos con todos. Bendiciones!!!!

I was operated by this doctor and after the surgery , he did not notified my family members of the outcome of the surgery. My family members waited in the reception for over 3 hours to get any feedback from him or anyone at this point. They had to chase down a nurse to get any feedback of the surgery. This could have been all avoided by him taking 30 seconds of his time to notify my family members of the outcome of the surgery. Besides this , I thank god the surgery went well. I just wish he can consider the anguish family members go through when their loved one is doing a procedure. He might be great with a staple but not with bedside manners.

doctor did surgery on my mother in law femur and never came by to check her in 4 days also after being told her stomach cant take regular pain killers gives her percaset and cant be reached to change medicine. use anyone else but this doctor
