Although I had to wait over an hour, I was happy with the results. I have neuropathy in my feet and legs and did not realize how much it was keeping me awake at night. Dr. Wei prescribed some medication with a specific time to take it and i now sleep through the night most of the time. Before i was restless and waking up off and on. Thank you, Dr. Wei!

I'd give zero or negative starts if I could. Most frustrating medical office I've ever dealt with. They don't answer the phone during office hours 90% of the time, do not return phone messages. Only care about getting their $$$$. Numerous times they were supposed to refill my husband prescriptions and when I call the pharmacy, nothing was called in. it takes a minimum of 2-3 calls to get anything done...Oh except if you have a balance, they'll gladly hold your Rx hostage until you pay and then still do nothing about the refill. I could cry. Still trying to get a refill on one of my husband's prescriptions...this is day 2 and no prescription has been called in...So glad we are switching to a new doctor. This place is a JOKE. STAY AWAY!!!!!

My doctor sent in a referral three weeks ago for Dr Wei to see me due to headaches and memory lost. Never heard from them. Called them today, they were rude and told me they could not see me bc I was in a motorcycle accident. They do not take auto insurance. The girl would not give me her name and hung up on me several times. They asked me if I had a lawyer and once I said yes they some what changed their attitudes. I believe things happen for a reason and I will not ever recommend anyone to them. Worse experience I have ever had with a doctors office. If you are ever in an accident this is not the doctor for you!!

I have been going to this office for a little over a year and I wish that I hadn't stayed as long as I have. I have no qualms with the doctors themselves. My problem is with the office staff that refuse to answer the phone when it rings and have an attitude every visit. I have, literally, had to send a fax to receive a return phone call to reschedule my appointment. I had attempted to call the office for over a week and no one would answer the phone and the voicemail was full. My last attempt to contact them, I was assured that the physician that wrote my last MRI order would call me back the next day. It's now been two weeks and the phone still just rings when I call. Don't waste your time.

I was so uncomfortable in this office. I was treated like a child, and had my possible disease passed off like "there was nothing they can do about it anyway" "Come back in 6 months and see if your worse".

Dr Wei refused to see me as a follow-up patient after having a stroke. I am a Veteran he doesn't appreciate veterans.

Very good bedside manner. Will really listen to you and cares about your issues. You're not just another patient. Would highly recommend him.

Kind, courteous doctor who took time to listen!!!! Very good diagnostics and also not in a hurry to rush into invasive procedures!

The staff is consistently rude and makes it clear you are bothering them, regardless of why you are contacting them. Avoid this office.
