Hello, Please do not take this rating as a reflection of Dr. Waldron's care, compassion, and capabilities. This rating is in reflection of the staff. I was trying to setup an urgent appointment as my doctors are scrambling to get me to a good neurologist. The staff noted that I was a no show. As a result, when trying to rebook the new patient consultation (mind you with my first appointment, it was an emergency and I could get in within a week), they said callously and indifferently I have to wait like everyone else is waiting to get an appointment. I had to remind her that my neurological symptoms were and are so bad that they landed me in a hospital then and now (just discharged with directions to see a neurologist ASAP). She said again callously and indifferently, well this is what we have for you now. Are you going to book the appointment or not? IF THIS IS HOW THE STAFF SUPPORTING THE DOCTOR IS, I CANNOT TRUST THE OVERALL CARE THAT I WILL RECEIVE). After doing my… research, it appears that Dr. Waldron is excellent. However, if the staff (responsible for booking appointments, treatments, diagnostics, and interventions...as well as insurance claims are processed timely and accurately) is like this, I'LL PASS ON THE CARE. Good luck Dr. Waldron. I wish I could've worked with you.

Visited Dr Waldron for the first time last month. She is outstanding: smart, empathetic, professional and direct. I would absolutely recommend her to family and friends. JR

I was very impressed with her compassion and professionalism. I called for an appointment the day before suffering from severe migraine and received an appointment the next day. I had an appointment The following week but they moved it up. Everyone in office was nice. She and the PA explained everything, scheduled me for follow up tests, and new medication.

After waiting over 2 hours for my last two appointments, I was seen by the NP only. Dr. Waldron made a short appearance and left. She prescribed me medication without my knowledge and gave no explanation. Very unprofessional. She also had her staff call with test results when I think they should be given by the doctor herself.

I am a college student who has and is still on the deans list as well as taking honor classes (I mention this because it is important later on in my telling). I was placed in intensive care in the hospital for a viral infection. I was automatically assigned a neurologist (Dr. Waldron) because I was slipping into an unconscious and conscious state. After my discharge and a spinal tap that I had no choice in having I started to receive intense facial pain. Since I was already in the care of Dr. Waldron I requested that she treat this. Since I mentioned earlier that I am a serious student I wanted Dr. Waldron's help to be able to return to school. I requested that since I now have facial pain that makes me incapable to stay outside for long with the harsh elements on campus that could she please provide me with a handicap pass so I could park close to the buildings. I was shocked to hear that she didn't even want to think about it. I then came in with letters from other patients… suffering from there condition that was the same as mine a-typical trigeminal neuralgia and still nothing. I eventually changed to a neurologist in the city who had no problem in fulfilling my request and didn't understand why she didn't. One thing about this doctor is she has little experience but she acts like she's been practicing for 70 years.

Extremely rude doctor. Has no clue what she is talking about.
