Worst office & staff I have ever encountered. This office does not care about your health and is only interested in selling you beauty products and services. The waiting room has 3 different stations to advertise beauty services, including a tv and 0 health documentation. The patient room documents are all mislabeled and again at least 75% of the information in the room is about beauty. Very little about your health. The staff is rude, inconsiderate, and a complete mess. An annual wellness visit has resulted in 4 months of paperwork and phone calls due to the utter lack of ability and care this staff has.

Communication in this office is abysmal. Everyone has off days and mistakes do happen, but the sheer number of errors, miscommunications, billing & coding issues, etc is astounding. If you ask about fees, they'll tell you about one fee, they won't even warn you that there may be others like lab fees, office visits being charged separate from a procedural fee. For those who are on a tight budget, this can be devastating. Also be warned, this office will not give you an option (or even tell you there is one) of which lab to send your tests to. You may find yourself paying an out of network fee because they're using a new facility. This place couldn't even record a patient's weight correctly. The NP does not communicate with you or the staff. Not to mention the fact that you'll wait a solid hour before being seen for an appointment you have to schedule 3 months in advance only to be foisted off on a NP and documentation that is just beauty treatments offered by the office. This office… used to be so much better, but management here has clearly gone downhill. Just steer clear here and find a doctor that has a vested interested in the folks that run the office.

I cancelled my appointment 3 weeks ago and I just got a bill in the mail for a no show fee. Super unhappy. Would not recommend to anyone.

Dr Scott is a fine doctor but it is ridiculous that at every appointment she makes you wait at least an hour I don't understand why they schedule appointments this way

Office change over, poor follow up o. Lab reports. Co fusion in the office staff. All new and inexperienced.

Ruined my life. Literally.

She was so helpful in fixing my problem even though I was on limited time. She fit me in immediately. She was courteous and made me feel at ease even though this type of appointment can sometimes be uncomfortable. Definitely recommend her!!

Only gynecologist I've been to, but among doctors in general, one of the best! Kind, observant and thinks about the future on your behalf. Other than waiting for a bit, my experiences have been great! I've been going to her for nearly 9 years!
