office way too busy, communication is dismissive and there is no follow through. Had two visists. Waited three months for the second "follow up" at which this doctor finally listened and evaluated and saw the issue we were trying to explain at the first visit. Gave us referral but her office still having hard time sending it. (10 days later learned this after checking and calling daily now) This is frustrating especially after office staff tells us the referral is to someone who is booking 4-5 months out. So very hard when your spouse is having acute symptoms with no explanations for why. Scary as we have NO answers, dont know it symptoms will progress or what they are related to.

Dr lisa is so kind and a caring doctor. She makes you feel like a best friend. Her smile let's you relax so to explain your problem. I wish more doctors would give extra time to patients and make them feel concerned about their health.

If I could give this office zero stars, I would do so. I wish I could comment on Dr. Aenlle's work, however my poor rating can only go as far as those working in her office. For over one WEEK after learning rather distressing news from a radiologist, we attempted to make an appointment with Dr. Aenlle's office. Throughout this week we were ignored, lied to, and treated with little to no respect as our attempts to make an appointment were disregarded. Again, while I unfortunately had no experience with Dr. Aenlle herself, the employees of her office are horrendous and do not care about her patients.

If you died in the waiting room they would continue to ignore you.

Dr. Aenlle is very good. However, the office staff are incompetent. Very frustrating experience.

Easy to talk to and she understands
