Dr. Margaret Ming Chang, MD

One of her staff members (M) is often rude, especially on the phone. Dr. Chang doesn't see this. Only complaint I have about Dr. Chang herself is that she brings her religion to work, like someone else said. If I wanted prayer, I would go to church. I came to see a doctor.

Two members of staff are rude at times, one of which is the office manager. Dr. Chang has pretty good bedside manner, but often is in a hurry to move on to the next patient. That's probably why you don't wait long in the waiting room.She also brings her religion to work with her. Appointment cards have a picture of a cross on them. Also, there's a question on the little form you fill out at each visit asking if you want a prayer today.When you call the office, there are commercials on hold for the products she sells, like weight loss.

Dr. Chang has been mine and my husbands Dr for 13 years. Our experience has been great! Not only does she care about your illness but she goes out of her way with concern about the emotions you may be going through also. She is very personable and very professional. This is why she has so many patients under her care. She has a great well established practice. It's great to know that we have a doctor that we can go to that cares and can give accurate diagnosis and treatment. Thank you Dr. Chang you are the best!

In the past I have recommended Dr Chang to anyone. I have been a patient for over 12 yrs and no longer have confidence in Dr Chang. Office staff is very rude, Dr. spends less than 5 mins with patient, maybe it's all a numbers game. Get them in and out. Make sure you get to read any reports and take your health care into your own hands. You won't find it here.

Dr. Chang has been my physican for over 10 years now and not only do I find her to be an excellent doctor but she is truly caring. Thank you Dr. Chang for all the healthy years of my life.
