Dr. Marta Oksana Lopatynsky, MD

I was greatly disappointed in Dr. Lopatynsky’s surgical skills. Not only was she late for one of my cataract operations—while I was already prepped and lying on the table—but also that I ended up with 150/20 vision while the other has stabilized at 40/20. Not the outcome I wanted. When I brought this up there office several times I received no answer. I would not recommend this doctor.

Went for cataract surgery and ended up with blurry vision. Had to go to another eye Dr. to have damage repaired. Lopatynsky put in wrong lens and told me to get glasses. Don't Go Here.

Dr. Lopatynsky evaluated my eye problem after I had seen 6 other eye doctors. She referred me to a physician with new technology, the problem was identified and she completed a perfect surgical correction. Her humanness makes her a superior doctor.

Dr. Lopatynsky is the best eye-doctor I have seen. And I have seen many in my 63 years. Her staff is extremely knowledgeable and helpful. I was totally satisfied with their questions and examinations prior to the Dr. seeing me.I have had increasingly worse nearsightedness astigmatism for 55 years.Another Dr. performed keratomeleusis on my left eye, a corneal transplant and radial keratomy. That was 25 years ago. 7 years ago I had a cataract removed from that same eye, with a lens implant which left the eye farsighted while my right eye was nearsighted. I suffered with double vision since. I went to Dr. Lopatynsky and her recommendation was not to have any more operations in that eye due to scarring etc. She recommended I try gas-permeable contacts. I did and have never seen better in BOTH eyes. When the cataract in my right eye ripens she will do her best to match the left eye which should leave both eyes, at least even.So there you go....take it from a guy who knows eye doctors. I… have seen many in my lifetime. In my opinion, I would never rate a doctor by how long the appointment took or the time I waited in the office. Dr. Lopatynsky is a true expert and I would highly recommend her. My appointments were easy to make as well as the time I waited.
