The doctor is okay but his staff is pathetic. The doctor prescribed medication for my pain and I kept calling the pharmacy and I was told that it hadn’t been called in. I called the girl who does the refills with the doctor and I asked her about it. She asked me at what time had I called pharmacy, I gave her the time and she said “that’s the time I called it in”. She lied she never called the pharmacy. Also the office is late in answering calls even though the office should be opened. I never got a call back. The office staff needs needs a shake up badly. They are rude and unpassionate, they have no business in the health field.

He cannot be in practice for very long he is not even human. Clueless about how to treat people As a doctor he insulted me by saying I just needed to but my big girl panties on to get an MRI even though I am claustrophobic. There is NO excuse for this cruelty doctors are supposed to be responsible for their actions and words. There is no way I would trust him; you should not either.

I was ver nervous about seeing Dr Martinez after reading prievious reviews , but my doctor told me he trusted him and ai trust my doctor, so I went and am so happy I did. Dr Martinez made me comfortable and put my mind at ease. He answered my questions and told me not to worry , he would take good care of me. And he did. I felt he went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable during the procedure. The office staff was very pleasant and Happy. I went to his clinic in Edinburg. Texas and would happily and confidently refer friends to him .

I've never met a person so self centered, narsicistic, and sociopathic. Holy cow. Please get help.

Terrible Clinic! Dr. Martinez could care less about a patient's true pain or opinion. There seems to be an excessive interest on his part to perform spinal injections on the majority of patients that see him. Why not? Its more income to bill insurance for a couple thousand for the injections than a quick, one hour office visit only! The medical assistants are rude, cold, and unfriendly. You might as well not even think about requesting a call back from the doctor or staff as you will NOT receive one. But what can you do? there is only one other pain doctor in Laredo so your back is against the wall!

This "dr" has probably never even bothered to see what was wrong with my grandmother while he still charges her insurance "drs visits". A nurse always sees her and I think theyre not even RNs either. Just wants to give her injections to charge more.

He sucks what else can i say

He is very compassionate and caring for his patients. He understands the pain that we patients go through I highly recommend him.

VERY POOR SERVICE!!!! They never answer phones and if you leave a message they never call you back... I've asked to talk to manager twice, but she is too busy and made me wait for an hour once and the other time she called me two days later... Nurse and assistants in the back with the exception of maybe one also rude and sometimes laugh behind her back with sarcasm. Receptionist needs training a lot of training especially in HIPPA...

They're not rude but they give you the run around when you need something and if you need something done they take they're sweet time but it if its a friend or family member they do make exceptions cause I've seen them do it
