Dr. Martin Hellmuth Reinke, MD

I think the office staff is extremely thorough as well as very pleasant. This is a busy place and often have to wait awhile. Dr. Reinke is very thorough and discovered my glaucoma when someone I'd been going to for a LONG time never mentioned it. I'm glad my neighbor recommended him. I've been going to Dr. Reinke for several years now and this was a good switch for me.

Dr. Reinke is an outstanding doctor. He has been my opthamologist for 10 years +/-. My biggest problem is in scheduling the next appointment. He tells me to return in 4-6 weeks and his staff tells me he is booked for 8-9 weeks. I am being treated regularly for wet macular degeneration. I have been getting injections in my eyes for about 4 years now. The scheduling staff should allot time for return patients like me whose vision is determined by timeliness treatment. I have followed Dr Reinke from Arlington to South Lake and would always have him for my doctor IF I could see him when he sayes he needs to see me.

Dr Reinke is an exceptional doctor; his staff are great. Have been patient for years.

His staff are very rude. impatient and will not take time to explain.

My first visit with a new Dr is always a wait, yet the professional staff had all documents ready and I completed them just before being called back for screening. I liked Dr. Reinke and his highly trained and professional staff. I look forward to my next visit.
