Dr. Michael Todd Daines, MD

After a year of limited use of my shoulder, I was refereed to Dr. Daines. He accurately diagnosed my problem and suggested surgery. The whole process of dealing with insurance and hospitals was done quickly and efficiently. After surgery my pain was minimal and after six weeks I have no pain and almost full use of my shoulder again. I highly recommend Dr. Daines and his staff.

I am 7 weeks out from reverse shoulder replacement by Dr. Daines. I have almost complete range of motion back with no physical therapy to date. My pain is nothing more than a dull ache from time to time if I overdo. I will be having my second shoulder replaced in a few months and because of the excellent work Dr. Daines does I have no hesitation about the procedure or the recovery. I had virtually no pain immediately after the procedure due to the nerve block and have only used occasional Tylenol at night over the last 7 weeks. I was thrilled that Dr. Daines uses glue on the exterior skin. This has been a great experience and I now have a pain free shoulder and can see myself back to enjoying my life with little to no restrictions in the future. I am 74 years old and very active, although I don't feel my age and highly recommend Dr. Daines should you need joint replacement. Thank you so much for the opportunity to share my experience.

Dr. Daines and his team from West Idaho Orthopedics are top notch. Each are very accomplished, attentive, and show so much care. I was accommodated for surgery so quickly, and with Dr. Daines leading his team through a very massive rotator cuff repair, I knew I was in good hands. Dr. Daines is very respectful od his patients and his staff. He takes time to answer any and all questions or concerns. He has a good working relationship with his Patients and Staff.

Dr. Dainese worried more about me more then anything else He made me feel like it was going to be ok. I was very scared about having the surgery. I checked out dr. Daines very carefully before I chose him. He has never had any kind of issues with infections. Additionally the entire staff was very helpful
