He’s very professional. Kind and sympathetic. I feel he’s done so many knee replacements I could trust him with my knees. He started Orthopedic One. My OB doctor said I was going to the best, he went to school with him.His nurse assistant Lisa is so knowledgeable I don’t think there’s a question she can’t answer and on the rare occasion she doesn’t know the answer she finds out and calls you back right away! She’s very thoughtful and considerate. I think they’re both the best at what they do!! My scar is very thin. Love that no staple’s were used. And he gave the right meds that did control the pain and helped with sleep too. All the staff was great at the surgery center.

I had a hip replacement in 2017, and a complete knee replacement in 2018. This Dr. is a class act as far as his technique of the surgeries I have had. My healing process was quick, with hardly any pain. My hip replacement I took a total of three pain pills after coming home, I have a small scar compared to a friend that had 32 staples after her surgery. I had no outside stitches just internal. I would recommend him to any family member, or friends, and if I ever have to have the right knee, or hip done, I would request him only.

I believe Dr McShane is more interested in the money he receives from the manufacturers of the joint replacement part than what is best for the client. I have had problems from day one because of his choice of my knee part.

Had a easy total hip replacement. Highly recommend Dr M. McShane for all your joint surgeries.

He was very friendly and supportive. Very easy to understand and was very respectful of my feelings.

I suffered with knee pain due to osteoarthritis for 2 years before finally having Dr. McShane replace my left knee. I am an RN and was absolutely IMPRESSED with his expertise and knew immediately I was in good hands. He and his team are so caring and compassionate, explain everything in great detail and answered all of my questions and concerns. My only regret after the procedure was that I had waited so long. The recovery was not difficult, their PT department is superb and at 66 the only trouble I have with my knee is trying to pull my leg backwards over my head when doing yoga :). I run, I hike, I ski.....and all pain free. I highly recommend Dr. McShane.

Dr.McShane has replaced both of my knees and I am extremely happy with the results. He met with me prior to the surgery to discuss what to expect, both during and adter the surgery, i am completely satisfied with hie work and demeanor. Would highly recommend him!

Extremely rude and arrogant during post-op visit. He did not find issue surgery was for. My problem continued with original problem found by another doctor on repeat MRI'S. I had surgery for nothing by Dr. McShane.
