Dr. Michele Coleen Carney, MD

I would like to say that I have nothing but nice things to say about dr carney. I have had the opportunity to have dr carney deliver my second and third son. The doctor who delivered my first son ended up doing a c-section which was not my plan but it is what it is when I saw dr carney afterwards I told her my concerns about having another c-section and how I wanted to do a v-back. After she looked at my history she told me that I should not have any problems with a v-back. She knew how I felt and I was very lucky that when my second son was born that she was the doctor that was on call she made sure that I was able to deliver my son vaginally. And then again I was lucky to have her deliver my third son and now I'm pregnant again and I'm crossing my fingers that I will be lucky to have her deliver my next child. I'm not sure why anyone would write something bad about her she was willing to do what it takes to make me happy. I have never received a bad service from her. To anyone who… did have a bad experience, give her another try she is hands down an awesome doctor and you will be very happy with her.

I would never visit her again and doesn't recommend to others.

Dr. Carney spent a great deal of time with my husband and I explaining our pregnancy concerns. She was able to take a complex problem and explain it to us in words we could understand. She was very compassionate and I felt as though she listened to all of our concerns. Very happy with all the docs in this group!

Doctor was extremely rude and had horrible bedside manner! Definitely not a compassionate person, not the type of person you want by your side in a high risk pregnancy.

Glad that she was the physician that I chose.

I read a review that she may not be up on latest technology such as laparoscopy but my was experience was quite the opposite. She is trained in robotic surgery and performed my hysterectomy. I had a wonderful experience and was back at work 2 weeks after my surgery and have never felt better. She was very knowledgeable and spent a great deal of time explaining everything to me. Great experience and great staff...especially Sue and Betsy

I don't feel she has enough experience in gynecological surgery and is not skilled in the lastest technology such as laproscopic procedures. I cannot say how she is in the obstetrical area.
