Dr. Alan Douglas Johnson, MD

Dr Johnson is a compassionate and understanding doctor. Those are to come by these days. He is very attentive and kind. Always listened and never rushed you out. Delivery went smooth. He is honestly the best.

Dr. Johnson is an exceptional doctor! I have gone to many other doctors prior to seeing him, and what a difference! He takes his time explaining every small detail to you. I also like that he values my well being as much as i do. I went to various gynecologist who would just brush off some things as 'normal', where as Dr. JoHnson took his time explaining what that could be and would take precautionary action. Thank you for being such a good doctor, you'll be mine for a lifetime.

I'm a new patient with Dr. Johnson, so of course I was nervous. He made me feel so comfortable and he seems so caring and truly takes time with you. However he has a receptionist named Vicki, who really should not be in customer service. I have never felt so hurt by a office employee and made to feel as if I wasn't wanted as a patient . She talked down to me and made me feel like I was not important. She also doesn't even ask if a appointment day works for you. I have never experienced this. If it wasn't for the care of Dr. Johnson, I would not recommend anyone and I'd be finding a new OB/gyn.

Dr Johnson is a wonderful doctor. I would highly recommend him. I went to him for 10 years. I stopped going to him because his staff is extremely rude. He needs a new staff if he wants to keep patients.

Reading prior reviews makes me think they are fictional.. the same key words in all of them. The nursing staff there is nice and accommodating, However the office staff is not as nice at least in my experience. As for the doctor himself he is very caring and professional. Especially given the circumstances in which I needed to visit him. However, due to the unfortunate office staff I might switch doctors.

Dr Johnson delivered my son 30 years ago and even though I've move out of the area I still travel in to see him at least once a year. He has helped me through some scary episodes with his genuine concern for me, the best treatment that was available and I have never felt rushed by him. He always gave me all the time I needed to get my answers with satisfaction. I would reccomend very highly and I know when he tells me everything is going to be okay - I believe him

I have been a patient of Dr. Johnson's for almost 30 years. He delivered all 4 of my children and has seen me through many problems. He never makes you feel rushed or that your problems are not important. He is a very compassionate and caring Dr. His staff is also excellent. They have all been there for eleven years or more. His office is one of the few doctors offices that actually answers the phone!!! I would highly recommend Dr. Alan Johnson.

Alan is the most compassionate, caring and professional doctor I have ever been to. His Nursing and Office staff is the best.

I have been with Dr. Johnson for 23 years through 4 children and many gyn issues. He has always made me feel as though I am his only patient and always is eager to hear about the family. He has a few staff members that have been with him longer, this is a good indication to me of a good doctor and I feel I can call him a friend.
