Dr. Nicole Tolentino Boniquit, MD

I never met with Dr. Boniquit, however, met with Dr. Levy. Dr. Nicole Levy talks very fast. She didn’t wait for me to complete my sentence before interrupting me. She talks very fast with run on sentences. She did not resolve my issue. Just wanted to prescribe something with many side effects and come back in 2 weeks, because she said she doesn’t know me, although she had my complete medical records. A lifetime would be too soon for me to see her. Lastly, her assistant sat on the table that I was to be examined! Very bad first impression.

Pleasant, thorough, knowledgeable. I trust her opinions. Her staff called me with the results of a "STAT" test, which I appreciated.

Had knee injections ,to alleviate the pain. The procedure only took a minute or so, and it did not take long for me to feel some relief.Dr Levy did the procedure and assisted by Kathryn her wonderful assistant ,who is the first one you meet and makes you feel comfortable right away..

Dr Boniquit was very helpful and knowledgeable. She evaluated my situation and gave me good advice on how to manage in the near term and options for longer term solutions.

So I have been going through a lot lately. I have done a lot of research on my condition and doctors as well. I was at the point of getting doctors opinions on my condition. So I decided to go with midwest and set up a appointment with dr.Boniquit. First off her staff and nurse were so kind and nice. The nurse that worked with Dr. Boniquit was awesome she was so nice and helpful listened through everything I talked about and engaged herself with help for me. Dr. Boniquit is probably the best orthopedic sports medicine doctor I have ever met. She walked me through all my optipns. Listened to me about my situation and what I was going through and took me through a physical half these things I mentioned not even one doctor I have met recently have done anything close to what this doctor has. She also walked me through the cd that i brought to her in regards to my last mri. And actully showed me eveything on it and what was going on. Unlike other doctors. Amazing doctor highly reccoamend… great staff as well. And by the way. My appointment was at 1145 I was so late like really late and she still took me in and took her time. Who does that serisoly. Only the beat doctors that's who. I got there at something I believe. And I drove all the way from skokie just to see the best. Thanks dr.Boniquit
